Meet your guide and group at the easy-to-locate departure point, and then you’ll be on your way. You’ll walk by several famous spots with spooky stories, like the TCL Chinese Theater, The Magic Castle, Hollywood High School, and more. Your guide will tell you tales of crime, murder, and robbery.

Guide very knowledgeable. Not too far to walk. Could do with headphones or guide to have a mic as sometimes it was hard to hear her as traffic and music on the street was loud

To BEWARE, this tour will “ask” you last minute to agree to a time change of your tour, knowing people are on vacation and have limited time to make changes, and then stop communicating as you are trying to make the meetup spot. We arrived 2 minutes late and had been left, they refused to return our money…total scam. Viator supported this type of business practice so I will not be using this group anymore either.

Our guide was lovely and even showed us some caught photography from her own experience and other past patrons.
Though, it should be emphasized that the tour will not be taking you inside any of the stops, which is only fair as some are unsafe, abandoned or paid entry landmarks.
While our guide answered our questions more than adequately, it felt like some info I've read on the internet already--which is nothing to do with her ability.
So, great as a primer if you have absolutely no knowledge of Hollywood paranormal lore, but if you do and it is the reason why you're seeking out such tours, hopefully this review proves insightful.

The night on sunset blvd was fun and very interesting. The tour explained many ghost stories and gave some history of the era when movies were king. We had time to look at all the names of stars at the Chinese theater and hear about the history of Sid G, who I did not know. Very good tour, would do it again.

Max Factor story, which was not part of the tour. The little bit of history included. We were the only ones that were on the tour. Guide was not very spooky for a ghost tour.
