Never tour late evening. Temperature drop no windows. No celebrity homes. Just old buildings where so and so rehearse. Not worth price.

Buyer Beware - Not accommodating for last minute change requests no matter what the circumstance.

We booked a tour but one of our party members was ill and so we contacted the operator to find out if we could move our reservation to the next day. We had checked ahead to see if there was availability before asking and there was so we didn't feel like it should be an issue since we already paid in advance. They said we could not change the date, no exceptions. I don't think that this is the way one should conduct business but I'm only a consumer, so what would I know. Regardless, I probably will be very weary using viator in advance and it won't be my first option for certain.

TMZ tour was boring and hard to hear. Explanations of things were given as we passed them, didnt generally know which direction the tour guide was talking about. She only spoke loud enough for the first several rows. No celebs and tidbits were EXACTLY the same as the hop on hop off except you could hear thru the microphones

The celebrity face match game was fun. We didn’t get a chance to see celebrities. It’s best if you do near a movie premiere or Grammy or Oscar week. You’ll see a bunch of them.
