This was our first time using a private transfer from the airport. It will be our preferred way from now on. Our driver was waiting for us with a sign when we walked outside the airport. Our driver was right there waiting for us after we exited baggage claim holding a sign with our name. He was friendly, helpful, and professional. He also made sure that he dropped us right at our hotel despite having to loop back around due to a road block. We would definitely recommend this transfer. The local company was very responsive to our communication via WhatsApp as well which was reassuring.

Easy trip from Lisbon airport to Cascais

Great experience. My driver was waiting for me just outside customs holding a big sign with my name. He greeted me and took my luggage and then got then car. We chatted on the drive to Cascais and he pointed out some of the sights. Before I knew it we were at my hotel. He brought my bags inside we said goodbye. I wonderful experience.

I was picked up by my driver Mario at the airport. He was on time and very helpful. He drove us to our destination and mentioned all the great places we should visit. I also scheduled Mario for the trip back and again he was great, comfortable ride to our hotel and he even stayed to make sure we checked in ok.

Quick and easy transfer to Sintra

Our driver Mario was fantastic. He had excellent communication. Emailed us a few days before to confirm pick up and drop off location. I called him when we arrived and we’re awaiting for our luggage. He said he’d been monitoring our flight and he was waiting for us with a sign with our name on it. There were probably about 30 different people with signs waiting to pick up passengers. Mario was the only one that looked professional. He was the only one wearing a suit. His sign was easy to spot because he had my first and last name in large font. He was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. After about 18 hrs of traveling he did a great job in starting our much needed vacation. In fact we booked him to take us to a few other places and back to the airport as well.
