We had a short stay in Lisbon so a 1/2 day in Fatima was just right. Got to see everything and attend Mass.

There were two of us taking this tour. Miguel picked us up promptly at our hotel and we traveled to Fatima. We appreciated the personal attention and enjoyed the sights at both the Apparition Chapel area and the village. Miguel was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly, making our experience most enjoyable.

I loved seeing the homes of the children. Unfortunately Mass was being said outdoors, so they closed the basilica & I couldn’t see it. But Miguel was wonderful

Pick up at hotel was on time. Due to cancellations because of the virus we were the only couple so we had a private tour . Our guide Miguel ensured we had an enjoyable day and was knowledgeable on the area . We had plenty of time to see everything before returning to our hotel . Very interesting tour would highly recommend.

First of all I want you to know that the driver( I believe his name is Jaime) should not have driven 5 adults in his car. The 3rd seat in the back was made for 2 children as there was inadequate leg room for 1 adult and yet he put both my husband and I in that third row. My husband is 6 feet tall and 67 years old. I am 65 years old. It wasn’t until we got to the Shepard’s village near Fatima that he made his first stop which was over an hour ride from our hotel in Lisbon. It was only after I complained that my husband needed to sit in the first row that he agreed to let him. Again there were 3 adults, all younger than us, in the second row. It was extremely difficult for me to get in and out of his vehicle. In fact I hurt and twisted my knee doing so! I had to purchase a knee brace to help aleve the pain. Also his car was very dirty inside. At least he could have picked us up in a clean car not to mention that he was driving too fast for the rainy weather as he continued to pass other cars on the highway. He offered very little information on the ride to Fatima. Not very receptive to questions as he seemed annoyed when asked one. Basically he was a driver, NOT a tour guide. I got more information from other tour guides in the area. He drove too fast to take pictures. When we arrived to the shrine he dropped us off and again offered very little information other than what time to be back at his car. I’m sure you can tell how disappointed we are especially after paying over $200 for this tour. I could have taken public transportation and received more information than he offered! Complete silence on the way back to the hotel.

NO PLAUSIBLE REASONS This facts bellow in the understanding of our law is considered a fraud. In analogy if you go to a restaurant, eat and drink everything you are entitled to, and in the end because it cost 200dolars you try to find a way be refund, you are committing a scam .... ______________________________________________________________________ 1-Costumer [[First of all I want you to know that the driver( I believe his name is Jaime) should not have driven 5 adults in his car. The couple chose to be together in the back. At the breefing the couple were informed that the trip would take 1h15m until the first stop in the hose of the shepards, at 130km from lisbon. This time is fulfilled which gives an average speed of 104Km / Hour the limit in Europe is 120Km / h. You were constantly texting on the phone not paying attention to the tour, repeting the same questions later. Our guides are not equiped with a rug to clean the costumers shoes either in a rainy day lake dat one. But he proceeded to clean up the trash left by you. You even insisted on the existence of a magic font of holy water... to which the guide explained that none of this existed there, the only thing that existed similar to that is a groto of the shrine of Lourdes in France. If you remember, it happened near Sister Lucia's house where you abandoned your husband and disappeared, and he became worried about you until the guide calmed him down when he found you. _________________________________________________________________________ 3-Costumer [[I’m sure you can tell how disappointed we are especially after paying over $200 for this tour. From the facts presented by you, we understand that you were an unhappy tour about the rainy day and the fact that your husband was impatient, all wet and in summer shorts, and also not very religious like you that was the reason he walways return early to the car.

A High Point of Our Lisbon Visit

I cannot imagine having visited Fatima without our guide, Joao Paulo Dores. He was informative, entertaining, earnest, and engaging. While the tour may seem a little pricey, the level of detail and intimacy that you enjoy at the venue with the aide of a professional guide such as Joao makes this a bargain.

Fernando was a great guide, so open & always willing to help. He arrived on time at our hotel. The ride was nice as he spoke about history and explained as we passed by monuments on the way. He also recommended places to eat. It was stress free.

This is another tour that I highly recommend! Our tour guide, Hugo, was amazing and wonderful! Speaks good English and very articulate, very polite and well-mannered. He made us comfortable and keep us safe during our tour. He is very knowledgeable too and share with us the story of The Fatima. And being a Catholic, Hugo understands our faith and took us the quick route to go in The Cathedral and visit the grave of Jacinta and Francisco.For your tour in Lisbon, hear me out, ask for HUGO!
