Ricardo was a wealth of local knowledge relating to Portugal's and Lisbon's history and development. Easy paced tour, but covered a lot of ground. He has a pleasant and an approachable personality. All questions were answered and the tour was accommodated to what took our interest.

Anna was our tour guide and she was fabulous! The custard tarts were to die for!! We learned so much about those beautiful ancient city! Anna accommodated one of our group who had difficulty standing. She always found a place for him to sit & hear.

We thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour with Ricardo! He picked us up at our hotel and showed us around our neighborhood. We then walked through the center of Lisbon for 3 hours, while learning about the city and enjoying our conversation with Ricardo. We did this on our second day in Lisbon and it set the stage for the rest of the week. It gave us the overview we needed yo understand where we wanted to spend our time. I highly recommend this!

We did this tour on our first day in Lisbon, and it was perfect. What a great way to get a feel for the City, learn some history and culture and see the incredible downtown.
Our guide, Ines, was awesome! She mixed the right amount of history and current events to make us feel like we really got a flavor for the city.

Jorge was an unassuming, easy going but knowledgeable guide. He knew shortcuts that allowed his clients to access wonderful views, bypassing more physically demanding or very crowded routes or paying entrance fees (and introduced us to the shops with the best cheeses and egg tarts). We had good exposure to the "downtown" and older areas of Lisbon in an unhurried way. He kept a watchful eye on all without being obvious.

Nice tour of the city of Lisbon. Would have liked to see more of the neighborhoods and places only the locals see. Walked up many hills which was a challenge for 2 people in our party. Our guide was not a native of Lisbon and had been living there for only 2 years. She was very nice and helpful and did her best to tailor the tour to our needs.

We had a taste of local foods and wine which was good and were given good info on where to go further afield
Big disappointment was not being able to ride the tram due to queues
