We pick-up all guests at Mandalay Bay (Front Entrance, Lower Level - Shuttle and Tour Pick Up). Parking is available at the hotel. Tour departs at scheduled time, boarding begins 15 minutes prior . Please remember you must be wearing closed-toe shoes. Long pants are recommended.

Staff are helpful and patient. Matt and Micheal are extremely knowledgeable about ATV riding. The experience was very fun. I would recommend wearing long pants and packing sunscreen! Also, I think the early morning option is the best as the sun is not too hot and there are less people that go in that tour. Would 10000% do again!

Great course for a beginner.
If you have experience on ATVs And you’re looking for a thrill you won’t be happy.
Course isn’t challenging and speeds stay minimal.

We did the sunset ATV tour and had a blast! Erin was our guide, she was so much fun and was a great driver (which is saying a lot of Vegas)! Brian was our safety guide in the back and they made the whole experience. We were able to hit every trail and will definitely be coming back for the buggy’s next! We loved the scenery while the sun set and it actually was cooler temperatures as the sun went down so it was nice to not be in the middle of the day heat!

This was so much fun!!! More than I expected! Sierra and Chris were our guides, they gave us a quick tutorial and practice ride and a break between an easier trail and one with more hills and bumps. There isn’t a bathroom on site so bring hand sanitizer, Sierra provided wipes🫣😂( first time thugging it in the desert forreal)! They provide pickup and drop off from the Mandalay Bay Hotel. My friends and I rode the monorail from the Linq/Harrahs area, unlimited rides for 3 days for $32. Way cheaper than uber/lyft. 10/10 experience. Will definitely book again next time in Vegas, this excursion will not disappoint no matter your skill level!!!

Good brief and straight to it. A quick tutorial for newbies. Fun experience in the middle of nature. This tour was single file line but it gives you personal space to ride, experience, and explore.

Make sure to follow the instructions from the tour guides and wear correct clothes and driving correctly so everyone has fun. This was an awesome experience and I will go back.

Las Vegas desert ATV called to reschedule my trip on a Sunday 6/21. They wanted to move my trip to the afternoon. Vegas is to hot to go out in an ATV in the afternoon. Matthew said he canceled the reservation and I would have a refund in 3-5 day.
No cancellation was processed by Matthew I can to call Viator directly, they showed no cancellation of this trip no I have to wait an additional 5-7 days for my refund. this is no acceptable. They are quick to zap your money when you pay for a trip.
I don’t recommend using this service

I recently went on an excursion that required about a 40-minute drive to the location, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The ride itself never really picked up speed, barely topping out at around 8 mph. I was hoping for a bit more excitement or variety, but it felt slow and drawn out.
We tried to make the most of it by taking in the scenery, but as soon as we started looking around and spacing out a bit, the guide warned us that we were creating gaps that were too big. This made the whole experience feel rigid and rushed, and we didn’t really get to relax or enjoy the surroundings.
Overall, after such a long drive to get there, the ride didn’t meet expectations and felt more like a chore than an adventure.

I was in a group with less experienced riders and it just ruined the whole experience. They make the inexperienced riders move to the front which slows down and ruins the experience for everyone else. They should've made the inexperienced people be in the back seeing how there's a guide in the front and back. The tour doesn't cover a lot of land so it doesn't help when you cant ride and enjoy yourself because of others.

I don’t often leave bad reviews, but due to the cost of this excursion I expected so much more. Our time was cut short on the ATVs first off and we were not given the entire time promised. Driving in a single file line less than 15 miles an hour was not very eventful per my boyfriend. I don’t recommend booking the evening experience due to the cost. The tour guides were sweet but this did not make up for the underwhelming experience.

We did not get to go fast, it seemed like we just went in circles around the base camp, we didn’t even get to take pictures of the sunset we paid an extra $120 to see. We could only take pictures at the starting place, which was the same place we came back to for the break. The team members were knowing pleasant and kept us safe.

It’s absolutely amazing. Never done quad biking before and loved it. It’s much hotter out there than on the strip. Take water to top up what they give you. Everything was fully explained and easy to follow.

This was a great experience. Most of us in our group was inexperienced so we were happy to follow the leader. They did a great job teaching you how to drive a ATV. Our three leaders were awesome! They were fun and made sure that everyone was safe.

My time got changed the day before so I was hesitant but decided to keep it. Directions are spot on with meeting location and the transport from there so a plus. I was weary initially because our guide didn’t seem very personable at pick up but she warmed up once we started getting close to the site. It was fun and a good experience but your groups ability will determine if you can go on the hills or not. Safety is important but be aware that the tour route could change based on others riding capabilities in your group.

Our group was super bummed with this tour. We’ve done many ATV trips in various spots and have always enjoyed them but this one was extremely boring. They take you out into the desert and you ride around an open area in a single-file line, never losing sight of the van. Every time we turned a corner or went up a bump bigger than 4 inches, we were slowed down to a crawl. We then stopped back at the van for a water break before going around in some circles again. I heard others in the group saying “I hope we’re not going around again” after that second ‘outing’. Everyone was simply hot and bored.
I will say, the tour guides were friendly and frankly, I’m sure it couldn’t have been very fun for them either. I understand they have to accommodate the slowest, least experienced driver. And of course they have to keep everyone safe - they did a good job there. The gear was also good and the ATVs were in good condition. My recommendation is they label tours according to thrill/skill level (this one was like super beginner), or they break the group into smaller groups so that those who aren’t timid can actually ride without the constant stop and go. My husband said it felt like this tour was the middle school version.
Overall this felt like a waste of time and money unfortunately.

Ciara made the whole ATV experience amazing from start to finish! She was super friendly, patient, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe before we hit the trails. Her energy was unmatched, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. The ride was fun, exciting, and well organized.
