We pick-up all guests at Mandalay Bay (Front Entrance, Lower Level - Shuttle and Tour Pick Up). Parking is available at the hotel. Tour departs at scheduled time, boarding begins 15 minutes prior . Please remember you must be wearing closed-toe shoes. Long pants are recommended.

What a fun time! Ciara was a great guide on the trip. Would recommend this trip for anyone of any skill level. They adjust the speed of the trip based on the rider with the least experience to make enjoyable for everyone!

It was amazing! This was a surprise for my Husband and he had a blast. I did too. The tour guide “who was named after Elvis” & Richard were great instructors and gave us clear instructions. Would highly recommended if you want to add little adventure to your time in Vegas! Your hand will cramp a little but they tell you how to let them know you need a break. Amazing 10/10’
Kenny did a great job explaining everything and taking us on tour with the ATVs.
Can't wait to do it again.
This was pick as a last minute excursion. And it was the best one. During the time was able to catch the sunset and night ride at the same time. I would recommend the 5:30pm ride to anyone

You are in great hands with Sierra and team. Novice? No problem. They walk you through it and always check you ok on route.

A safety brief and short tryout and we were away.
I personally struggled as I was over analysing the terrain. I got over that and just looked up and reacted to the feel of the ATV.
My wife and I really enjoyed the experience and would thoroughly recommend.

They do not clearly disclose that the actual ATV ride is less than 30 minutes. It literally took us longer to get there than the amount of time we spent riding.
The experience was also nothing like what was advertised in the videos. The videos make it look like you’ll be riding through different routes, mountains, and hills, but that was not our experience at all. On top of that, the ATVs were limited to around 11 mph, which made the ride extremely slow and disappointing.
I spent nearly $500 for four people, and we only got about 30 minutes of actual riding at approximately 11 mph. For what we paid, the experience was absolutely not worth it.
Then, after such a disappointing experience, they had the audacity to ask us to leave cash tips. The service and experience did not come close to justifying what we paid.
If you’re considering booking, I strongly suggest carefully confirming the actual ATV riding time, speed restrictions, and route beforehand so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

We are afraid that you confused us with another ATV tour company. All our tours last 3 hours round trip, we do ride through different routes, mountains, hills and canyons and our ATVs are not limited to 11mph.
super fun, but wish it was longer and that we had been able to go faster.

The guides were great, the trails were great! I just wish we could have went faster, not like the single file line we did barely going 10 mph. Fun experience, just was slow.

This experience was really fun. I was a first time ATV driver and Erin and Richard made it really easy. They are both “awesome awesome” their favorite phrase lol.10/10 recommend
There is no restroom so go before you leave the pickup spot. The guides were awesome though. Guides were awesome and knowledgeable.
I specifically checked what is the minimum age for this experience and it was 14 or 16+
When I got to pick up location, we provided both of our drivers licenses(me and my son 16y.o.) we were told that minimum age is 18 and was still charged full price.

The fellas were great but I think the trip could've been about 30 minutes longer. My wife and I had a wonderful time
Excellent tour guide. They took their time with unexperienced drivers. They gave clear instructions and were kind and knowledgeable.
Everything was great. It was a seamless pickup/drop off and the ATV rides were fun! The tour guides were great as well!
Max and Emily were amazing! Seriously you have to book this. I went alone as my friend has already left Vegas. Best decision.
I feel bad writing this but it needs to be said so people know. If you're looking for a thrilling and adventurous experience, look elsewhere. This was the most boring and unexciting ATV experience I've ever had. I'm not an expert rider but I've been on my fair share of ATV excursions, so I'm comfortable riding. If you have any level of comfortability, this will be an extraordinary boring experience. Everyone rides single file at about 10 mph for the entire ride. I topped out at 14 mph for .5 seconds. No exaggeration. Also, there's no bathroom facilities out where you ride. You need to use the restroom at the Mandalay before leaving, otherwise you will have to wait over 2 hours for your next chance to go. I learned this the hard way since our driver didn't bother to tell us before we left the Mandalay. Seems like useful information to tell guests beforehand. The guides were friendly enough. The excursion includes a helmet and goggles but a dust cover and gloves are not included. I believe it's an extra $5 for those. I didn't like the fact that I had to put the dirty helmet on without any layer of protection. Bring your own mask/ dust cover if that will be an issue for you. You're driving too slowly to kick up much dust, so you won't need a face covering for that. Overall, this experience was as exciting as my morning commute. I wouldn't do it again and I don't recommend anyone spending their money for such a terrible experience.

Our tours are tailored to keep safety as a top priority, even experience riders struggle with the desert terrain sometimes. We do adjust the speed of our tours based on the average riding skills of the group. We cannot push first timers to go faster risking a crash. Sorry.

From the beginning, everything was easy and well organized. The ATV training was quick, simple, and easy to follow. Even if you’re not an experienced rider, they make sure you understand what you’re doing before heading out.
We did two trail rides, and both were fantastic! The rides were perfectly paced—not too slow, but not so fast that you couldn’t enjoy the experience and the beautiful desert scenery. It was definitely HOT outside ☀️😂, but once we were moving on the ATVs, the breeze made it surprisingly comfortable. As long as we kept moving, we really didn’t feel the heat that much!
The guides were friendly, helpful, attentive, and always keeping an eye on everyone to make sure we were comfortable and safe. We never felt rushed, and the whole experience was just FUN!
Our only complaint was the van ride, especially on the way back. The A/C in the back of the van definitely wasn’t strong enough for the Vegas heat. 🥵 We were actually HOTTER sitting in the van on the ride back than we were outside riding the ATVs! After spending the day in the desert, some strong cold air would have felt AMAZING.
But that definitely wouldn’t stop us from going again. We had a BLAST and would absolutely ride with Best ATV Tours LV again! The trails, scenery, guides, and overall experience made it completely worth it.

No bathroom facilities. Bring a diaper. The ATVs are automatic that we rode and easy to maneuver. I was a newbie and felt like a pro with how easy the instructions were and the paths we took. It gets bumpy and hilly. I enjoyed it. Stay hydrated and be prepared to “pick a bush and pop a squat” per the instructor’s directions. Other than that, it was pretty good. Will definitely book another tour at sunset.

The Guy who runs the excursion is named max. He was rude and very inappropriate. I have 2 17!year old boys and when i asked if there were age restrictions at booking I was told no, they would be fine. When I went to the shuttle and went to get in, they said the boys could not participate… here’s the kicker, he laughed at me when I asked for my money back. They are crooks, do not book this!

We did the sunset ride it was absolutely breathtaking watching the sunset in the desert. Transportation is provided, they also provide water but I’d suggest taking for own that’s cold or frozen bc it gets hot out there. Our driver narrated a bit while she was driving. It was an overall great experience.
Pickup van had no A/C in 110 degree weather, no shelter on site, some of us sat out half of the ride due to heat exhaustion and every time I had asked for water, no one would give me any after asking multiple times, when some of us were shaking, we were given 1 ice pack, we asked for more as we were all shaking almost from heat shock, we were given a simple, “are you guys shaking cause we also have 3 more tours after yours and I only have 3 more ice packs to last till then cause we don’t have anymore or anything else” like what a joke! Do not go on this tour, save yourself from a heat stroke and poor service

We are afraid that you confused us with another tour company. The A/C works flawlessly in each of our vans, there is no limit to the number of bottles of water you can get from us and we do not give ice packs to participants.
The safety and well-being of our customers is always our absolute top priority.
What an amazing experience, was so much fun!! 😃 Great for newbies and experienced riders. Would 100% do it again, just not on a day that was over 110 degrees outside lol. Im not use to that weather 😳
They give a break in between to grab some water and take some pictures, making sure everyone was alright to go for the 2nd half or if they wanted to sit out they could, there was a staff member who stayed back with those who didnt want to go. We will definitely visit again with cooler weather 😁 Thank you guys so much!!!
It was extremely hot but Ciara and her husband were very accommodating. They provided plenty water and gave fun facts about the area.
Upon meeting with the host I felt uneasy about participating in the activity. She explained that although the company isn't concerned about the safety of riders thats she is. She let us know that someone died 4 days prior, that many people pass out from heat exhaustion and heat strokes and ambulance would not be able to get to you in a timely manner. With gear she told us it would be over 130 degrees and it wasnt really safe to go out. And mention a huge fee if a helicopter would have to come get you. I really wanted to do the activity but she scared the heck out of me. Whether it was just scare tactic or facts I did not feel comfortable participating. I am requesting a refund for the two tickets purchased for myself and my husband.

This was a fun experience I was a late booking but it was great time! Surprisingly the 11:00a time wasn’t as hot, I think it turned out awesome!
