- All drivers of Off-road vehicles are required to be 18+ years of age with a Valid Driver’s License.
- Minors are welcome & must be able to grasp the handhold with their hands, plant feet firmly on the floorboard, and have their back fully against the backrest, with the seatbelt/harness secured.
- Full faced Helmets are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated, please.(provided)
- Our Base Camp is located approximately 25-30 minutes South of the Strip.
- All minors must be at least 12+years of age with a Parent or Guardian or 54 inches in height approximately.
- Guest is financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle or equipment during the tour.
- Being under the influence of any drug or substance, illegal or legal that leads to the cancellation of the tour, no refund will be given - due to safety being of utmost importance , thank you
- All Adult passengers (driving or not) must have a Passport or some form of Valid ID, thank you.
- *Self-Transport/Meeting Us At Base Camp?.... Please use Google maps - other Mapping systems might take you to an incorrect location.
- Our Base Camp Address: 21016 S. Las Vegas Blvd., Jean, NV 89019 (Map sometimes shows Sloan, NV)
- All individuals :) should be approximately 54 inches in height for safety reasons.
- Please bring a valid Credit Card which is required for a 1-day temp. hold of $200 ($1,500 Maximum.) - for the reduced vehicle damage deductible insurance, per vehicle.
- If you chose the Passenger Ride Only option (Riding with our Guide, No Driving) all adult passengers are required to have some sort of Valid ID, please.
- Passenger Ride/No Drive experience only: guests do not drive & no vehicle damage deductible or credit card hold applies.
- Not recommended for travelers with neck problems
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 14 travelers

Wonderful experience to get off The Strip and do some things outdoors. Our kids said it was the best part of their trip. Customer service was great and we appreciate Daniel’s recommendations for off The Strip places to eat.

With so much history just 30 minutes South of the Strip there is additional fun to be had in the Mojave desert, which is such blessing.

The ride will not be smooth. It is a lot bumpy. You need to control your speed and drive safely. Do not try to keep up with the instructor. Just as long as you can see the instructor.

Thank you for your the 4 Super bubbles & for sharing your point of view, we understand where you are coming from. :) Off-roading in the Mojave is naturally a bit bumpy, and that is part of what makes the experience real, fun & adventurous, yay!
We do let all guests know in our safety briefing that they should - never try to keep up with the guide. We agree that is it good advice to be able to see guide, control ones speed & drive safely - love that!. :)
Our guide goes farther ahead on purpose to look out for other off-roaders, real changing trail conditions, and wildlife like the desert tortoise, which can be hard to spot in the landscape. We love our Mojave desert tortoise and they also move slower as well. :) We also stay on the trail to help protect the desert we love.
Our goal is always for guests to drive safely, enjoy the ride, and keep the guide in sight at their own comfortable pace. We appreciate you coming out with us and sharing your thoughts & we appreciate that you were honest as well.

Daniel was great the owners were not very pleasant and were very dismissive when we asked questions about what we paid for.

We would like to respectfully clarify your concern regarding dismissiveness toward the 5 of you. Our team was not dismissive at any point. In fact, we contacted each of you prior to arrival and 2 out of the 5 of you responded to us.
On the day of the tour we were contacted by 1 of your group 2 times via phone and once thru the Viator portal. On the day of the tour we were called over multiple times after you arrived and we took the time on each occasion to review your reservation to encourage and share that what you reserved would be so fun. We also were assisting other customers at the same time. Our goal was to answer your questions, and walk through the details of what was booked.
Communication was primarily handled through one member of your group, and we remained patient, available, and responsive throughout those interactions. We shared what the reservation entailed and what you paid for - but there appeared to be some reluctance to accept the information we were providing regarding the details of the booked experience.
For clarity, the experience reserved was a “Ride with Our Guide” passenger-only tour, and the booking confirmation explicitly states that guests do not drive and participate as passengers only. It further references the front seat or rear seat throughout. This information is presented in the tour description and confirmation to ensure expectations are clear prior to arrival.
In an effort to be accommodating, we also offered the option to upgrade to a guided self-drive experience at a reduced rate, along with refreshments and continued assistance. These options were declined.
Following the tour, we further assisted by arranging return transportation to the Strip at a discounted rate as a courtesy.
Regarding refunds, same-day tours are non-refundable per the booking terms and Viator policies. As such, our focus remained on offering solutions in the moment to better align with expectations.
We are committed to providing a mutually respectful environment and have our code of conduct visually posted as we are all accountable for kindness which is always the best way to treat others and to be treated.
We also take the time with each customer to do our best to ensure clarity throughout the booking and arrival process.
We sincerely thank our guests for off roading with us - we consider it a gift and very special.

My friends and I paid to drive the razor ATVs and once we got there, we were told that we couldn’t. Asked for a full refund and was told no by the manger. He was rude and so was his wife. I’ll never go back to this place nor will I recommend it.

The experience booked was clearly listed—and confirmed multiple times—as a “Ride with Our Guide” passenger-only tour, meaning guests ride along while our trained guide operates the vehicle. This is stated in the tour title, description, and booking confirmation prior to arrival.
We understand there may have been confusion; however, a guided self-drive experience is a separate offering with different pricing, requirements, and safety considerations.
At check-in, our team took time to walk through options and offered the opportunity to upgrade to a driving experience at a reduced rate. This option was declined. Despite this, our team remained focused on providing a positive experience, including offering refreshments and continued assistance throughout the visit. We also shared that it is very fun to be a passenger and that many of our customers choose this option.

As outlined at the time of booking, same-day tours are non-refundable. In the interest of guest satisfaction, our team instead focused on offering alternative options to better align with expectations.

We respectfully note that the review references “false advertising,” which is a serious claim and not accurate. The nature of this experience is clearly communicated at multiple points prior to arrival.

Had such a great time! The whole experience was great and everyone was so kind. We finished our tour earlier than some of the other groups and they drove us back to our hotel earlier which was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend and come again!

Vegas Off Road Tours was an incredible experience from start to finish. The OHVs were first class and extremely well maintained, which immediately made us feel confident and comfortable.
I cannot say enough great things about our guide, Daniel. When I say five star, first class service, I truly mean it. He was an absolute all star. His explanation of the equipment was clear and thorough, and it was obvious that safety is a top priority without taking away from the fun and excitement of the ride. He was a genuinely good guy and a pleasure to spend the time with.
Natalie, the owner, greeted us with a warm smile and was an absolute pleasure to meet, which set the tone for the entire experience.
The balance between safety and adrenaline was perfect, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We are already planning our next visit and will definitely be back. If you book, make sure you ask for Daniel.

Smooth experience from start to finish. Pick-up at the bellagio was on time, all of the staff as super friendly and helpful. Our tour guide provided us with a safe and exhilarating experience. The Buggys were in excellent condition, we had a brand new one. The owner talked to us before and after and was very informative helpful to make sure we had the best experience. This adventure is run by great people.

Mini ride was a perfect for a little break from the casinos. Our group of 4 enjoyed riding in a polaris. We covered about 29 miles in an 1.5 hours. Guide was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Stopped at 7 magic mountains on the way back to the strip and got some cool pics.
