We got picked up at a casino by Gianni, he communicated and got all the paperwork and business out of the way and then started our tour.
He told us facts about town, prepared us for the trip and most importantly was a lot of fun. Great trip for beginners and all round fantastic time.
Gianni even spent his own personal money on extra things like cooking towels etc. my wife and I had a truly wonderful time.

This tour was recommend by a family member. So glad that we did this tour. It was definitely worth the money and the waivers needing to be signed before hand. We got a very submersive and engaging experience out in the desert. Our tour guide, Logan was awesome and took extra care to ensure all riders felt engaged and safe. Great activity! Will do it again.

First, this is not a reflection of the guides, Don and crew were attentive and nice. I guess you can just say the adventure was less than adventurous. We were to meet at 1115. There was a party that was running late so we didn’t leave until 1150. Once we got to the canyon, it took another 40 minutes to get equipment, confirm folks could ride, etc. We started off on the “trail” at 105 and pulled back in at 142. Part of that time was sitting on the trail for 10 minutes while someone got stuck in sand. All in all I would say with confidence we only got 30 minutes ride time. Very disappointed that I spent $400 on this very anticlimactic adventure. We really just ride in a big old circle. Granted there were some inexperienced riders but what was advertised to me, that I paid for, is not what we experienced.

This was the worse experience ever. You guys said my pick up time was at 11am. And me and my party waited for two hours out in the heat for someone to show up and call our name and then drive another 40 min to the site.

So, you have to find your own transportation to the pickup location. We missed our tour, was added to the afternoon tour but left off the list and wasted $50 on cans. Came back the next day. I was underwhelmed with our tour guide, Drayven. He was dry. No sense of humor. And didn't teach us anything or tell us fun facts. BORING. The trail was boring too. Extremely bumpy, but boring. I don't recommend our guide or the dunes trail. They need to add mud. I'll just do the lake trail next time. This was an okay experience. I wouldn't recommend it, unless you do Lake Meade. It was also extremely hot, 106.

Our instructor was interesting, but our experience was lackluster. My friend’s atv kept breaking down and the instructor and other atv people refused to get her a new one. The ride was rough and not that fun.

ended up doing the mojave desert tour instead of this one, which i recommend! it was an amazing experience! we loved ever second, our tour guide was matt! he was great, knowledgable and fun! hope to do this again someday!

The gentlemen who accompany us was really nice. They provided all the gear, helmets, water and googles. I just hated that we could not venture off and enjoy the ride. There were so many restrictions. Don't do this, can't do that. We basically were only allowed to drive in a straight line and ride back. We had to follow the line leader in a straight line and that was the whole ride. This is definitely a class for a very basic person. I will not go back. I had as much fun as a person can have on a golf cart. -_-

As a beginner, I really enjoyed this experience. Pick up was at a parking lot and 20 min ride to atv location. Our tour guide was Mike. He was helpful in explaining how to use the bike. They had water and took pictures for us too. If you are an intermediate/expert driver this may not be for you. Very beginner friendly.
