This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. Note that the maximum allowable body weight on the helicopter is 375 Lbs (170 kg/26.5 stones).
- Minimum age is 2 years. Children age 2 years and older require a seat per FAA regulations
- Valid Government ID is required to board the flight. ID must match the names on your Viator ticket. It is a Federal crime to board an FAA Approved air carrier with a fraudulent ID.
- Tour Only: You must make your own way to the Heliport Terminal and arrive at least 30 minutes prior to flight time
- Dinner Package: You will need to make your own way to the restaurant by 6pm. Transport will be provided from the restaurant to the heliport for your flight (for the time booked), then back to your hotel
- Physically challenged passengers must be accompanied by an able bodied person capable of lifting the physically challenged person at least 48 inches into the helicopter.
- The flight is NOT private unless 6 seats are purchased. The helicopter may have up to 6 passengers plus the pilot onboard.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 12 travelers

I had a great experience! It was my first birthday spent in Las Vegas, and ending the trip with a helicopter ride over the Strip was truly the icing on the cake. The flight itself was a little short, but it was absolutely worth it. Seeing the city from the sky gave me a whole new perspective. I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone visiting Vegas! 🎉🚁

We require passengers to arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled helicopter tour departure time. In the interests of safety, you will be required to attend a five minute mandatory safety briefing, prior to boarding the helicopter. We do not require waivers to be signed at checkin. Please ensure that you bring a valid government issued identification including a passport or drivers license.
One in a lifetime experience. I wish it could have been a bit longer. However, the customer service was great.
It is a very packed ride, total of six inside a small compartment. The experience is cool to be in a helicopter but it is too crowded at least at the time we went. Also the pilot didn't account for the other side when flying across the city, unless you're sitting in the front, you won't get all of the views

Our Airbus helicopters are configured with stadium style forward facing seats for 180 degree panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip and Attractions. We recommend that passengers look directly forward for the best views. Avoid looking directly below at resort hotel parking lots and residential areas. The rear right hand side of the helicopter provides excellent views of the HighRoller, MSG Sphere, Downtown Las Vegas, City Center, T-Mobile Arena, Luxor Hotel and the Allegiant Stadium.
It was a great experience but it would have been better had they flown with the strip on one side and then turned around so the strip could be on the other side because on the side I was sitting on all we got to view of was the house is away from the strip cuz the strip was on the same side of the helicopter to and from

Make sure to give yourself enough time to drive and walk to the meetup location depending on the night you choose, simply due to both vehicle and foot traffic. We went on a Friday night when there was a concert going on, so finding parking took a bit of time as well as simply navigating through the crowds of people.
The experience as whole was wonderful!
We booked this as an early celebration for our four year anniversary, and the quality of service across the board was phenomenal. The ease of reservations at the restaurant were effortless (we booked the dinner option), the quality of food was wonderful, and the experience itself was memorably priceless. We got lost finding the shuttle service, and both the driver as well as the Five Star Helicopter staff were patient and helpful with us, staying on the phone until we could find where the shuttle service was at.
The entire staff and pilot were friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and most of all stuck to standards of safety so we could all have a wonderful experience without fear of anything. Would definitely recommend and book again.
We are locals and we were seeking a new experience here. This definitely didn’t disappoint.
I don’t feel like this experience is worth $100 each person especially if your group can’t ride in the plane by yourself and they don’t give you a free group photo. They don’t allow you to take pictures of any helicopter or in front of it. So they have someone take pictures of your group in front of a green screen and those pictures cost $30 each. The plane ride is under 12 mins it didn’t even feel like 10 mins. Plus since you are riding with another group you won’t be able to see and record everything while on the ride because the other group is in the way. It just wasn’t a good experience and seems like a scam.

Thank you for your feedback. We have a strict policy on the use of hand-held devices. In the interests of your safety, you are required to have both hands free to climb 42 inches into the cabin of the helicopter. Once you are safely secured with your seat belt fastened, you are allowed to use your held-held device for photos and video of your helicopter experience. Also, Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport has a strict policy on the use of hand-held devices at helicopter heliports. Your attention is required to board and disembark a helicopter with its main rotor and tail rotor blades moving. The use of a held-held device is prohibited to void you walking into a tail rotor. Viators important information clearly states that the helicopter tour that you booked is not private. They also state that the helicopter flight is 10-12 minutes including loading and unloading. We do sell high quality digital and printed souvenir photo frame packages. Our Airbus helicopters are configured with stadium style forward facing seats for 180 panoramic views of the Las Vegas Hotels and Attractions.
The helicopter ride is good but very short duration. It needs to be little slow and for 10 more minutes

Thank you for your feedback. Viator clearly states in their tour description that the helicopter flight duration is 10-12 minutes including loading and unloading from the helicopter. The Las Vegas Strip helicopter flight route is regulated and controlled by the FAA Air Traffic Control Tower at Harry Reid International Airport. Pilots are trained and must follow strict rules for airspeed, altitude and the flight route. Each flight is monitored using aircraft monitoring software including the flight duration.
Pampas could be a little better with their service. Wish the helicopter tour was a little longer than it was.
They lie to you, they tell you that if you're less than £300 , then you're good to go. But when you show up with your spouse and they know you're showing up with your spouse. They say you're over £300 , and you have to pay 100.00 extra.
Wish it was a little longer flight but other than that the pilot and flight is so nice. Especially for my first time it was comfortable.
Great experience. I was disappointed they dont allow you take pictures / videos outside the Helicopter .. due to safety etc but they should allow it instead of expecting you to pay for overpriced pictures that dont look the best as its green screen type images. Apart from that very happy.
VERY NICE experience, be careful of use ride share (during the peak season). Everything associated with 5Star and Pampas restaurant is 10 stars. The only draw back is using ride share to get to the restaurant, which put me behind an hour. My wife enjoyed herself.

The experience was great. We had so much fun seeing our favorite city of lights from a Birds Eye view for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Thank you for keeping us safe and giving us memories that will last a lifetime.
It was a short ride but we got to sit in the front with the pilot and the view was amazing. It was worth the $ we paid.
we unfortunately couldn’t make the trip because we had some personal things happen but they were super sweet and friendly greeted us had free water and helped us refund the booking also gave us options to reschedule it unfortunately due to our flight we couldn’t but i couldn’t recommended this place anymore

I was disappointed with the seating. My partner and I were assigned seats 5 and 6 on the right side of the helicopter, which offered the worst views of the Las Vegas Strip. Most of the iconic sights were on the left side, making it difficult to enjoy the experience or get good photos and videos.
For $100 per person for a 12-minute flight, I expected everyone to have a similar viewing experience. This experience did not provide 360 rotating views. I wish the company would either rotate the helicopter during the tour, So everyone can receive the same views or at least let customers know that some seats have significantly better views than others.
If you're booking this tour, I'd recommend booking private or asking about seat assignments before your flight because if your in sest 5 and 6 it would be a waste of time. If you don't book a private tour your will go on tour with 4 others.

Seats are assigned based on the safe weight and balance of the helicopter. Passengers exceeding 200 Lbs may be assigned seats five and six located directly behind the Pilot, as they provide additional legroom and more space. These seats provide excellent views of the HighRoller, MSG Sphere, Downtown Las Vegas, City Center, T-Mobile Area, Luxor Hotel, Mandalay Bay and the Allegiant Stadium - home of the Raiders Tea. Private Las Vegas Strip charter flights are available on the Viator website for $649. This option allows you more flexibility with the seat configuration.
FALSE ADVERTISING…seats 5 & 6 are on the right side of the helicopter, in the back, behind the pilot. EVERY TIME an upcoming attraction is announced 4 people (seats 1, 2, 3, and 4) raise their arms and phones to get ready. This blocks all views for people in seats 5 and 6. The advertising sells 180 degrees of unrestricted views. This is false. I would not pay $100.00 per person to be in seats 5 and 6. We were robbed of a long awaited and highly anticipated experience yet our money was kept as if what was promised was delivered. It was not.
