This is why we need accurate weights at the time of booking this helicopter tour. Passengers weighing over 220 Lbs, or taller passengers may be assigned to the rear right hand seats directly behind the Pilot, as these seats provide extra leg room and more space inside the helicopter cabin. These right hand rear seats provide excellent views of the HighRoller, MSG Sphere, Downtown, City Center, T-Mobile Arena, Luxor Space Beam, Mandalay Bay Resort and the Allegiant Stadium, as they are all on the right-hand side of the helicopter.

5 Star Letdown

We booked an 830 flight through five star helicopter on April 3, 2026. We took an expensive Uber to get to the airport from downtown. We arrived on time, but it took an hour to get to the point where we were set to board the aircraft. We were outside waiting for the helicopter to arrive taking instructions and then suddenly we were told that the tower said that we could not fly. No further explanation and we were sent back into the facility at five star helicopter and we were given a refund but no compensation for two Uber rides and no explanation. I will not do this activity again.

Unfortunately, at the time of your departure, the Las Vegas Air Traffic Control Tower at Harry Reid International Airport shut down all helicopter departures and arrivals. This shut down affected all Las Vegas based helicopter operators that operate Strip tours. We understand your frustration, however this decision by Air Traffic Control is linked with the safe operation of air space in the vicinity of the Las Vegas area.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service and the worst part of my trip to Vegas. They canceled my original reservation due to “high winds” when there wasn’t a single tree moving from the wind blowing. They then rescheduled me for the next day and called to reschedule again. Stating the same reason for all flights AFTER 9:00 pm. My reservation had been rescheduled for a whole hour BEFORE the cut off time and they still cancelled. This is a scam. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

My wife and I took the flight but not the dinner. The flight was over almost as soon as it had begun. I was expecting to fly down the Strip but over flight took us on either side of it. Thank you for your feedback. The Las Vegas night Strip helicopter flight tour route is strictly regulated by the Las Vegas Air Traffic Control Tower. Due to the high volume of air traffic at one of the busiest airports in the World, Pilots fly on a flight pattern that requires minimum altitudes, air speed and separation from other helicopters are aircraft in the vicinity. Our Airbus helicopters are configured stadium style forward facing seats for 180 degree panoramic views of the Las Vegas Resort Hotels and Attractions. Viator clearly states in their important information that the Las Vegas night Strip helicopter flight is 10-12 minutes duration including loading and unloading.

I would probably suggest you book elsewhere. The dinner is great - really superb and please bring an empty stomach with you but the comms with the helicopter company needs to improve. Especially the instructions to get to your driver which left a lot to be desired. We walked and followed these instructions to a tee only to get nowhere.. Really ask for instructions and better instructions to what they give you.. Especially when it is non refundable.

Booked for 10:30 and they said the others were full but they could get us in at 9 and would even wait for us if we were too far away.
