What To Expect

Make your own way to Madame Tussauds Las Vegas, located at the Venetian on the Strip, to pick up your tickets. The time on your ticket is the date of your entry to Madame Tussauds.

Head right inside, and explore at your own pace: Take pictures with lifelike wax figures of popular celebrities, Vegas legends, and superheroes.

Your package also includes an authentic Venetian gondola ride on the Grand Canal. Reserve your gondola slot in person using the voucher you receive at Madame Tussauds. Feel free to use it on the same day or later in your stay.

Then, at your preferred time, enjoy a leisurely trip down the water, with plenty of chances to capture photos of the scenery.

  • You must visit Madame Tussauds Las Vegas first. When your ticket is processed at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas you will be given a voucher for your gondola experience
  • After receiving your gondola voucher from Madame Tussauds, you are responsible for making a reservation in person with the outdoor gondola for your boat ride. Reservations are required and are on a first come first served basis. Reservations cannot be made over the phone. The boat will be shared with other parties.
  • Reservations are required for the Gondola and must be made in advance. The gondola is first come, first served and does sell out and is not guaranteed unless you make your reservation with them directly in advance.
  • The date on your ticket is for your entry to Madame Tussauds Las Vegas
  • Attractions do not need to be visited on the same day
  • Madame Tussauds Las Vegas Operating Hours --- Monday-Sunday: 10:00 AM-8:00 PM
  • Wax figures are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed to be on display at the location

I booked this through viator and was able to walk through madam toussads wax measure first and then do the gondola ride. It was enjoyable the only thing is the ticket was shareable ride so you will be with two other people.

Don’t do it because it’s a scam, just pay at the location

Charged my credit card and when I got to the canoe ride they said they didn’t accept these tickets don’t book it’s a scam. I also tried to call several times and no one answered the phone. Telling my bank to dispute this charge.

Don’t waste your time with the boats!

Madame Tussaud’s was cool! More celebrities than I expected to see, honestly. & The show at the end was fun. However, the gondola ride was such a hassle and we did not even end up getting to do it. I wish the attendants at the museum would have told us where to go after we were done. We went on a wild goose chase - back inside the mall first - found the reception desk for the gondolas and then they told us it was a $15 up charge to ride the boats inside - so we walk back outside - you have to take the elevator down and cross the street & bridge again to get there. We finally get there and the man working the booth is having technical difficulties and won’t accept our vouchers. We wait for 30 minutes to see if he can figure it out and he never does, so we ended up walking away because we had dinner reservations and did not want to waste any more time.

This is not a 24 hour event and the people are very rude don’t help you. If you book this event make sure you go way before you want to go so you can get the voucher or you won’t even get todo anything..

Fun little extra activity. Madame Tussauds is on the smaller scale but still good. The gondola ride was enjoyable especially as we had a singing gondolier. Would have preferred the outdoor ride but it was temporarily closed due to the F1 race.

Waste of Time and Money

Booked the outdoor Gondola ride but was never told it was shut down until we got there. Went to Madame Tussaud’s to get our hard copy tickets and no one there could tell us where to go. We walked all over finally went to the indoor gondola boat ride and were told we could not ride it with our tickets as they were outdoor tickets. We went all over trying to figure out where to go as no one knew where we should go. After over an hour we returned back to the indoor ride and they then told us yes we could ride with them after telling us no the first time. Then the ride was so short it was ridiculous. For the two of us we paid over $125 and was in the boat less than 10 minutes. Huge waste of time and money.

Enjoyable museum and gondola ride

check in at museum and they will give you a voucher for the gondola ride. The museum was neat and there is also a short film of the Marvels. Then take your voucher to the gondola desk and they will give you a receipt with a return time. We had to share the gondola and it was inside instead of outside due to the Formula 1 race track under construction. But it was wonderful. Our captain was so funny and talented. I recommend this excursion.

We were told at Madam Tussaud that we would not have to sign up for a scheduled time for the gondola ride. So we did other things. When we went to pick up our tickets the scheduled time was when we had other reservations for and we were unable to get back to the gondola. We never got to go on the gondola. Very disappointing.
