The app, then the tour are easy to download and easy to use. Certainly worth the money. The GPS feature works. I only wish you could take the tour in different order.
At times the directions weren't clear. The audio seemed to end before the tour was completed. Not as good as other audio tours I've used. The website itself was not user friendly.
Great audio tour. Easy to use. Very informative. Make sure your cell phone is charged, as using GPS, taking pictures, and playing the audio can drain a battery quickly.
We thought we would be able to use this, even though it was designed for walking we rented a golf cart, however, being unable to change the route and pick the location you were at to hear the audio made it to where we basically couldn’t use it at all

Hi Christy,
As you pointed out, this is a walking tour and advertised as such. We've matched the audio time to the talk time so it isn't possible to do this tour on a golf cart or bicycle and have the same experience. It also follows a set route so that we're able to provide clear and concise directions.

It started raining right when we started the self guided tour. Thankfully we brought ponchos. We just kept going and the weather did not affect us learning about Key West. My husband was thankful for the experience that didn’t leave us stranded in a shop or restaurant waiting for the rain to stop. We added a few stops on the way. We didn’t tour inside any of the stops but still enjoyed it.
GPS enabled walking tour was good as long as you're going the right way. There is a a default that says you went the wrong way but there were many times we felt we didn't know which way to go. Especially when the tour guide was not talking. Overall, it was good to have some structure rather than walking around aimlessly, but could have offered more detailed about everything not just a landmark then walk more.
It was very confusing to get going. Once going it was informative. I would recommend it to a friend but I would let them know it is not the easiest to navigate getting it going

It's almost like having a real tour guide with you.
Liked that the audio started when you were in the correct location.
Go at your own pace. Stops are gps activated. Stops are all very interesting and a lot of information is given.
Worth the money. Enjoyed narrated walk thru town. Got turned around a couple times but I am directional challenged at times.
Really great way to experience old Key West. The GPS worked well and the map was great. The commentary was entertaining and informative. I highly recommend it. It does work best with a headset (e.g., ear buds), but my wife used her phone’s speaker and that did the trick as well.

Very informative- moved at our own pace. Great tour! We got a little of the history as well as some tips on places to stop. A great start to our week.
Works well if you would like some highlights for getting to know the historical area without having to do a group tour. Enjoyed historical info. Our first time to use this resource & I didn’t realize it could locate us & would wait to speak until we walked to the next scheduled place. Would also recommend having everything loaded & ready to go before you get to the starting point. I do endorse the product as you can linger if you want or even go out of order. You just receive a text telling you that you wandered off course.
This was a self paced tour of Key West. We made several stops along the way and detoured off the path. We enjoyed the tour and learned more about Key West than we would have on our own. We would highly recommend.
East to use, with interesting information about the history of Key West. Nice variety of points of interest. Our first time in Key West and it was very informative. Self-paced which was great in the heat of Sept. Highly recommended.
We enjoyed this very much! We got some great history of Key West, and I forgot my ear pods so we listened to it out loud (outside, I don’t think we bothered anyone) and the nice thing was, people asked what we were listening to, and locals would offer their own stories and info about Key West - it was a fantastic conversation starter!
The walking tour was informative and gave a lot of historical information. The GPS lagged a little and we had to back track
Our cruise shipped pulled in at 7AM!! Nothing was open. We started the tour and walked past all the closed places, listening to the recording. As we walked back, we could go into the places that interested us from the narrative. At one point we took a wrong turn and about a half block in, the gps says, "Not all who wander are lost, but you are!" It was funny, but we knew we had to turn around. We look forward to doing another tour in a new location.
