we booked and paid for two Golf Carts and both of them were canceled 20 minutes later. you couldn’t even get through to anybody to find out why and still no response from the Viator on my credit card, would definitely not recommend

We are very sorry we had to cancel. The Viator site did not know we were sold out due to the huge Boat Race Event on the day you booked. Unfortunately we had to cancel your booking as we had no carts available. As a reminder, its always best to book the day before as same day bookings can be exposed to sell outs. So Sorry for your inconveinance

Far from a fun experience

Disappointed. When we picked up the cart, he claimed the Yamaha drove like a Cadillac. And then said we needed to put gas in it. Seriously? We paid $250 and then had to go straight to the gas station. Which the Circle K next door ripped off us and charged us $20 more but that’s another story…I think? Then we began our journey and discovered a Cadillac ride it was not. Backseat squeaked, brakes were almost nonexistent and there was some kind of electrical issue and we couldn’t turn off the lights. Not to mention it had mismatched wheels. When we went to return it, there was no one there. I wish he’d told us but we locked it up and dropped the key in the slot (not easily) and left. I’d highly recommend you rent elsewhere.

So sorry you didnt like the Yamaha- the lights take 2 minutes to time out and then turn off- just a manufacturers system- staff should have informed you. Let me know if your ever back in town and well comp you another ride. Thank you for the review :)

They do not recommend it alt all! The gold cart is not working properly, the direction was bad and is dangerous to make any turn. Super noisy! Horrible experience. Took another option. Be careful and try it before you left the office when you rent somewhere else.

So sorry you didnt enjoy it. The gas carts we rent are a bit louder than an electric one you might be used to. Well be adding some electric carts this season so check back with us- well comp you on the next one.

The driver that picked us up and dropped us off at the port WAS SUPER GREAT!!! He was a native so very informative and friendly. The reason I didn't give full stars bc the guy at the shed didn't communicate very well or just didn't give the right info. He said we needed to bring the golf cart back by 430 which we did, a little after 4pm then he says we missed the last ride over to the port and I needed to grab an Uber (my daughter is in a wheelchair) so I repeated what he said you said I just needed to be back by 430pm you didn't say anything else. So he told the other guy (the one who picked us up) and they chatted. He walked over and said you better Thank him bc he's going to take you. So was very upset about this part of the process! Overall I would rent again from them BUT clarify things or get it in writing!

Make sure the tour operator has you on their calendar! Ours didn’t and we lost nearly two hours of our rental time while they found a golf cart and a person to help transfer our party.

Looks to be the best way to see the island in a day. The hop on hop off trolly lines seemed to always be long. The only problem is parking is tough to say the least. I would just drop off the fam then drive around while they shopped.
