Getting and returning the golf carts were easy peasy. Loved this type of transport to see more of Key West.l with out Ubering.

Bad golf cart rental in Key West

Parking is near impossible close to anywhere you would like visit or shop. Parking is extremely expensive. 26.00 to 36.00 for 2 hours. If you get a ticket as we did, innocently as it was not marked clearly. That will cost you another at least 50.00. It would been better to uber where you wanted to go. It cost us over 450.00 for two people. The. They gave us a 6 passenger for 2 people even after we told them we only booked a two passenger. Pick up was a good walk from the ship. Never use Fury again

Hello, Deby. While you may have intended on booking a two seater golf cart, after pulling up your reservation in the TripAdvisor portal, I can confirm that you did book a six seater golf cart. We regret that the .4 mile flat walk to our shop at 617 Front St felt too far, most tend to enjoy the quick jaunt. We regret that you received a parking ticket while in Key West. Like most cities, parking is not free. Our golf carts are street-legal and need to abide by all the same laws as other automobiles. There are a number of city parking garages and lots throughout the island, but yes it is all paid parking. Parking ticket aside, we hope you enjoyed your time cruising the streets of Key West!

Don’t use fury for golf carts

Don’t use this company the golf carts are old, they are gas not electric, the fumes for the people sitting in the back was unbearable, the first cart the wheels had an issue had to return it to get another one same type, old not good. Saw so many other companies with newer golf carts for same price.

Hello, Christine. We offer gas and electric golf carts. Many guests do prefer the gas as you don’t have to worry about the battery getting low. We regret you had trouble with the cart, your comments will be passed along to management. We are always looking for ways to improve.

Golf carts sound like a good idea, but not so much. We ordered two, a 4 person and a 6 person. The four person was actually dangerous- very hard to drive without popping wheelies! The fuel light came on after less than 2 hours, and was littered with some trash on receipt. You could not discern, on either golf cart, whether the parking brake was on or not. Very disappointing. Lastly, they should really warn you, or at least advise you, that the parking will be difficult!

As for parking, the golf carts are street legal which means they follow the same rules and stipulations as any other automobile on the road. Key West is an island with limited space, when it gets busy, as with any city, parking can be difficult. We hope to have the opportunity to take you out on a water adventure in the future, no parking required!

Not happy when Fury Rental wasn’t at their location. Very disappointed

Not a great experience I went to the pick up location and no one was ever there. And I ended up having to flag down a fury employee that had to take me to a different location even though the location I was at they said was the correct one. Very disappointed I wish I could get a partial refund back for the time lost on my vacation. Not happy with this experience wasn’t good at all!!!

It was great! Our Golfcart was only 4 days old and the 1st people to use it. It ran smooth. We had a great ride. The guy we dealt with was very informative and very nice.

I booked online and it was super easy. I printed my reservation so I had the address which is actually a few blocks from the port terminal. One member of the Fury team located at the booth at the terminal told someone in our party that there was only one location to pick up the golf cart when there are actually 2. We were sent to the wrong address so lots of time was wasted backtracking to the correct location. I’m glad I had printed information.
