I cannot recommend this excursion enough! Lexi and Nick were awesome!! We took our 10 year old daughter and they were both great and very patient with her. They were funny, entertaining, and informative. We also saw several bears catching salmon in the creek below our platform which was amazing!!
What a rush! So much fun zip lining. And I really want to acknowledge our guides. They were so personable- really focusing on each individual making sure we were safe and cared about. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience!! Our tour guides Abby, Saylor, and Easton were so funny, and so knowledgeable of the area. They made us all laugh and feel comfortable while we were hundreds of feet in the air.
Be prepared to see some awesome wildlife as well as views. Would 100% do this again.
We traveled on a Norwegian cruise and docked in Ward’s Cove. There is a free shuttle from the ship to the downtown area where you will meet the tour guides. The tour guide brought us back to the ship in a van with plenty of time before the last board after the ziplining.
The ziplining in the Tongass National Forest was incredible because of the nature including bald eagles soaring close by. We were told that there are bears, but we didn’t see any yet because the salmon aren’t out yet. There is a hatchery nearby. Our tour guides, Zack and Ashley, were also very fun, energetic, knowledgeable and professional. Although it is a bit pricey, it’s cheaper than what the cruise line sells it for.
We both had an amazing afternoon with Grace and Sydney. Both were very encouraging and fun to have take us around the course. Highly recommend xx

Zach and Maya were awesome! They made us feel very safe and shared lots of information about the course, themselves, and Ketchikan. They constantly explained what was happening, what we were doing, and checked our gear multiple times throughout to ensure we were all safe.
Our group was 9 people total (we were a party of 2 paired up with two groups of 3 and a local) with ages ranging from 12 to ~65. We were able to start and finish the course within 2 hours. One of the group members was very nervous about the course but still felt safe throughout and was able to complete the full course. Another group that had left before us had a member decide they didn't want to participate and staff were able to safely remove them from the course before the first zipline. They didn't make her feel bad or belittle her, simply had staff walk with her back to the gear room which was nice.
We were too early for bear season but we did see a few eagles flying above us during the course.
The gift shop also had lots of great items to choose from as well as a cafe and clean restrooms. The transportation from the port to the course and vice versa was quick and easy.
If you have any nervousness about jumping off a tree top high above the air, tethered only to a cable, have no fear. The staff and employees who took us through each of. One zip lines checked, double checked and triple checked to make sure we were attached. Each time, we arrived at the landing, they would look us in the eye and check how we’re feeling, and making sure our harnesses were snug. They really seemed concerned about our well being and that we were having fun. We were! Thanks to Jack and Stephanie for making this a memorable experience.

We had so much fun! Our guides Jack and Abby were amazing. They were super methodical and kept us safe throughout the experience. But also made it really fun and kept us laughing the whole time. We had a really great group too. All in all, a really awesome excursion - highly recommend!

Very easy pickup by the cruise port and return to the port after our zipline. Amazing experience to zipline in the trees from platform to platform. There were 8 lines and the final rappel which was very unique. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sophie and Tori was excellent guides and helped us all feel comfortable and we loved the entire experience. I would highly recommend this zipline if you are in Ketchikan.
I was very nervous! Both of our guides were amazing. Patient, Reassuring, very very personable and encouraging.

Fantastic fun experience, check age/weight requirements..otherwise very safe and well operated. Jack and Olivia were very experienced and safety aware, gave clear instructions and advice..guides are with you all the way..bonus having great weather and seeing 9 black bears!!
