This was such an enjoyable experience and I 100% recommend it. From the start of tour, when we got to choose our vehicle, to the end it was amazing. Our guide, Willie D, was extremely knowledgeable about Galveston’s history. He was a lovely man and made the tour so much fun.

If you watch Restoring Galveston, this is the tour you’re looking for. Willy D took us by many of the houses featured on the show and it was great to see them in person! If you don’t watch the show you will still learn some Galveston history and be amazed by the before and after on the houses, and the beauty of the Victorians in the HistoricEast end.

Willie Dee made the tour! His kindness and knowledge whetted our appetite for more. The tour was like a moving encyclopedia of Galveston. Seeing the many houses from Restoring Galveston and inside information on each home reached beyond our expectations. We will return and see it all over again!

Absolutely fabulous tour! Willie D was a knowledgeable and fun tour guide. Riding in the electric Model T was a great way to see the homes. We appreciated the pictures he had of each place when it was either destroyed by a hurricane or before the Restoring Galveston team began their Reno. There is so much history in Galveston
