This was a lovely super chill tour. I was fun seeing these huge mansions & hearing about their owners. Our guides were wonderful & I love a good pun! The complimentary drinks were a welcome touch.
The tour was excellent, both tour guides were very informative!
Only downside confusion on the pick up point.

Great presentation and humor of the boat tour. Very knowledgeable of the homes/yachts and who owned them and e t. Both tour guides were very pleasant and my husband and I were glad we booked the tour.
Everything went very smoothly. Our tour guides were very informative, fun and friendly. It did rain a little, but they put down the side panels and we all stayed dry.

Didn’t turn up and then refused a refund. Initially quite rude then when challenged, just ignored me. Ruined the day.

We understand this was frustrating. Our investigation found that the reservation received in our system showed an April departure, which differed from the date you expected to travel. A Viator error.
Our team responded and investigated that discrepancy. Viator also reviewed the matter and reached its own conclusion, an outcome that is not mentioned in this review. While we recognize that you were dissatisfied with the resolution, Viator was involved and provided an additional layer of correspondence.
We had a wonderful time on the Venice of America Tour. The views of Millionaire’s Row were beautiful, and the complimentary drinks were a nice touch. The tour staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A relaxing and enjoyable experience that I would definitely recommend!

No signage at pick up location but if you are at the dead end street you are in the right spot! The boat will show up! My preference would be to sit on the right side but both sides are great :-)

This was on the smaller of their two boats which i chose on purpose for a smaller group setting. The staff were very welcoming and very knowledgeable about all of the homes that we saw on the ICW. Good selection of drinks were offered although a top branded cola product would have been nice as i dont drink alcohol but dont like cheap coke either. This was an excellent tour and i would definetly recommend .

Great experience. The narrator was very informative. We loved it and they served drinks! Please get there early. The address where it starts is dead end street right up to the canal. Don't worry. That is the place where the boat comes to pick up everyone. There is no place to park along the street, so we drove about a block away to the Marriott resort parking garage.

Absolutely LOVED this tour!! This was exactly what my family and I were looking for!! Slower paced boat, sunset views, amazing info and stories behind the luxurious mansions and yachts with complimentary drinks and a wonderful captain!! We loved how small and quaint the boat was too. Great way to spend some time on the water. Captain Christian and his mate(forgot her name-sorry!) kept us engaged with the information they provided about the beautiful homes and some local history. The complimentary wine was decent and overall we enjoyed our tour.

We had a great time on the tour! There was so much good information and fun tidbits. I do think the boat is a little rough around the edges, hence the 4 stars. I would still recommend, just don’t expect luxury.
