The Venice boat tour was amazing, informational and relaxing! The houses and yachts were breathtaking as the air on the water! So beautiful and inviting! The guides were knowledgeable, humorous and made the tour enjoyable and we appreciated the free drinks! My husband enjoyed the start to his birthday weekend. Thank you!

Arriving at the last minute, we made it and the tour guide team was gracious and accommodating. The tour itself was as advertised and the tour guides were equally entertaining and informative. Highly recommended. Be sure to leave extra time for an uber unexpected delay. Oh, and we won a cruise as part of the raffle they hold during the excursion, so there’s that 🙂

Itinerary

This cruise departs from downtown Fort Lauderdale. On the boarding ramp of the boat, pose for a souvenir photograph, then hop aboard and see what the city has to offer from the waterfront. Choose from the open-air, canopied observation deck or settle into the air-conditioned cabin. Either way, the views will be up close and incredible.

Enjoy this entertaining and educational sightseeing tour of Fort Lauderdale from the city’s inland waterways. I believe it was false advertisement. The boat in the pictures is a two story completely covered section boat. We were on a very very small uncovered boat. It poured and the wind we were all miserable.

We loved the tour but they do a raffle and had a rude lady trying to sell us stuff claiming we won but she took up time during the excursion and went around and tried to do it with everyone. Big turn off

Great way to see the nautical side of Ft. Lauderdale! Lots of beautiful homes and fantastic yachts to be seen. Our two guides did a wonderful job of pointing out highlights all while serving excellent drinks. What could be better??

I am extremely disappointed with Viator. My family of six booked the Millionaire’s row cruise and because we had a flight delay and a luggage issue at the airport and because of these issues we were not able to make the 2:00 cruise. I called to explain our situation and asked if we could get on the next cruise which was at 3:30. I was told there would be an additional $15 per person to make the change which is poor customer service because of the circumstances. I would like a refund because no one would pay for an excursion and purposely choose to get to the scheduled time if it weren’t for a serious reason.

We really enjoyed this tour. It is a small tour with 10-15 people. The tour guides explained all the houses and yachts, and history of the area. The bar was a nice touch as well, and we had a few glasses of wine. We would do this boat tour again.

Temu version

This was like the temu version of an actual tour. All the drinks are off brand and not very good, there isn’t a dock where you get picked up and dropped off, it’s literally the boat pulled up to a dead end road. They try to say you won a prize on the boat but it’s a timeshare pitch….. book a different company.

The boat never even moved it's just sitting there for show. On March 22nd 2026 I was outside waiting from 6pm to 7pm looking at the boat sit there not moving. Not one assist to let you know it’s not move today. My tour was at 6:30pm not even a Email telling me why the boat isn't touring today. They got the nerve to ask me on March 23rd 2026 how was my tour? No give me back my refund what tour the boat didn't even move it was just sitting there for show. I was so disappointed I'm coming from New York City in this is how y'all treat ppl. I want my refund back for wasting my time and taking my money 💰 in I never even when on a tour with Venice of America Tour with a complimentary drink. I waited a whole hour just to look at Venice Of America Tour BOAT sit there in don't move in no assist to apologize for taking my money in give me back a refund. Nobody was there to apologize for the inconvenience of the boat not in service on March 22nd 2026 on Sunday.

My experience was amazing. I went with my daughter. It was a very informative, enjoyable ride. The crew was very knowledgeable about so much of the properties. From famous celebrities from Hollywood to athletes in the NFL this one hour cruise has everything covered. Drinks are free. I was a little bit disappointed when I saw that I was the only one that tipped the crew. It angered me a bit. But I guess that’s just how it is. People need to really think about the work that people put in to things like this. That they do it to serve the enjoyment of the tourists.

Be very careful, this is my second experience where the location was unclear…there was two different addresses neither of which our uber driver could decipher. We lost the experience and paid considerable uber fees to no avail.

The boat was not the boat as in the Viator picture. It was a small old boat with no A/C. The soda drinks provided were unknown brand and tasted awful. There was no parking near the dock, which was at a dead-end street. We do not recommend this tour to anybody.

Staff were great but was expecting a larger vessel, capacity off this one was around 30? We went on a very windy day and the signage may have been blown away and we were confused re the boarding location- spent a lot of time walking around looking for it. Drinks basic & mediocre but all in all enjoyed the experience & staff very good
