S started out a little sketchy as we were not sure the WaterTaxi was going to pick us up. We were waiting for quite some time at Pier 66 better directions could be given on what to do for pick up other than that. The tours was great. The moderators were entertaining.

Great experience except for ticketing problem. Tickets could not be scanned after 2nd transfer.Threatened to have to purchase 2 more tickets.

It was fun and relaxing. It was a great way to see another side of Ft Lauderdale. The yachts and houses were interesting, but the information about the waterways was both entertaining and mind boggling! We all enjoyed the relaxing mode of transportation!

The water taxi was so amazing! Friendly staff and a very smooth ride enjoying the beautiful houses along the way! One suggestion - have headsets to hear the speakers better. We could not hear any of the amazing stories being told.

The tour is great. You ask a question and the workers tell you to get off and wait for a diffrent boat. The question that was asked is where do you stop next. The customer service is horrible. The workers name was eddie.

Water taxi was smooth sailing, great captains, friendly, upbeat and have a wonderful narrative of what we were seeing. Give yourself at least 5-6 hours to take just the Ft. Lauderdale tour and get off at a stop to explore don’t miss Las Olnas at stop F2 & F1

They only have 1 ADA boat. It was a 2 hour wait!
Luckily I was able to take my electric travel Scooter on board the 1st boat that arrived because it's light-weight and folds down.
The narrator of the tour was unhappy about having my Scooter on board and gave me attitude which was unwelcome and unnecessary.

Great crews on the boats. Bathroom is clean. Drinks are available for purchase. Provided ponchos when it rained. They even went back to the last stop where my friend had left her iPhone and got it for her.

It was a fun & new adventure. If you like being on the water, relaxing and exploring this is the perfect way to do it. It's easy, fun & everybody from the Captains to the tour guides are very friendly and knowledgeable. You should ride the double decker if you can, the view while up top are unobstructed, they have restrooms and sells a variety of drinks.

Excellent, drinks cocktails only $8 on board. Very happy learned a great deal. Note that at dock 7, there was a taxi out front, it was empty giving impression no one here i called the taxi number told me it's like there for maintenance, few minutes later the active taxi came up.
