This was a terrific...

This was a terrific introduction to snorkeling! It was my traveling companion's first organized experience and Mike was so great! He was thorough and clear in his instructions as well as encouraging and corrective as needed. Mike clearly knew how to read the currents and winds and made us feel safe and comfortable. Mike worked well with all the experience levels in our group. He even dove down to help a teen in our group get some extra exciting video footage.He also took time out to get some fun photos for each group and we have some wonderful memories for his efforts!

Great customer service and overall excellent experience

While beach was under “red Flag “ for swimming, our guide offered either to reschedule or mangrove paddle boarding. We chose paddle boarding and had an amazing time, definitely recommend those guides, very friendly and thoughtful! Also, had fresh fruit and drinks available.

We had a VIP package that included an airboat ride, a show and access to gift shop. We saw several alligators up close, turtles, lizards and interesting birds. We had a fabulous driver (Bruce) who picked us up from our port after our cruise and dropped us off at our hotel. The van was great, and had plenty of room for our luggage. Bruce made the experience great with local history, animal trivia, local tips and more. Definitely recommend the experience for those curious about the Everglades.

Very enjoyable day cruise...

Very enjoyable day cruise done mid-week in July. Since it was not a high season in Florida, we did not see many ships and yachts, but it was still worthwhile to see the mansions and simply unwind while cruising. The staff was pleasant, and the info interesting. Highly recommend.

I want to do this again someday!

It's not guaranteed that you will see alligators while on the boat, but, they do have an animal exhibit that you can visit that has more than just alligators. We had to wait a couple hours to go due to the storm, safety first, but it was well worth the wait! We did see a few gators in their natural habitat, which was amazing. Definitely memories my kids will have for life!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This 5-star review is absolutely deserved. My family of four just finished the snorkeling and kayaking experience, and we are still talking about it. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel welcome and treated us like family. They spent hours with us, making sure we were comfortable, prepared, and having an amazing time. One thing that really stood out was all the thoughtful extras. They provided fresh fruit, brownies, snacks, sodas, and water, which made the experience feel even more special. Before heading out, they took the time to train us and make sure everyone felt confident. Then we went out into the ocean and got to see beautiful schools of fish around the reef—an unforgettable experience for both the adults and the kids. The host went above and beyond by recording videos and taking photos of us in the water, allowing us to enjoy the moment without worrying about capturing it ourselves. Those memories are priceless. What truly made this experience exceptional, though, was the host and his wife. They were incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great time. They even gave us recommendations for places to visit afterward, which was such a thoughtful touch. This wasn’t just a snorkeling and kayaking trip—it was one of the highlights of our family vacation and a memory we’ll cherish for years to come. If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate. Fun and unique experience

The Seabobs are an amazing experience. We’ve tried them before on a cruise excursion and were excited to see them available at our resort. This experience was even better than Aruba! Chris was a great guide and trained us well before heading out to see two different reefs. We saw lots of fish and a lobster at the second reef in particular. Chris even showed us a live conch he found and released. Chris was super focused on safety but also allowed us to experience the full power of the Seabobs on the way back. Overall this was a fun and unique land excursion.

Highly recommend, great family adventure!

We had an incredible and memorable experience on the Splash and Sail excursion! We went with our younger kiddos (ages 8 and 6) and while it was a bit choppy, our children fully enjoyed the waves and fun as did we! The captain and crew were beyond accommodating, we will definitely do this again if we are in the area!
