We were picked by a small van then transitioned to a tour bus and picked up several people to go to Key West.
The tour bus air didn’t work probably and we felt line the bus was dirty. We also feel they should supply water as well. The bus driver and host on the bus were good..

Excellent driver and organizer. Organizer did an amazing job of keeping track of all customers on the full bus. He also was very knowledgable and spoke in both English and Spanish. He also got us an Uber to get us to Fort Lauderdale—very appreciated

We enjoyed the bus ride and ease of obtaining information concerning our trip to Key West. The tour guide was very informed about the excursions we could participate in. He was very concerned about making sure everyone was informed and safe throughout the day.

Trip was very nice. Pick up was on time. Tour leader was excellent. Only thing was being picked up in Ft Lauderdale, then switching to bus and still having to pick up others, we were driving two hours before the bus was underway to the Keys.

If you are traveling from Ft Lauderdale you will have multiple stops before your trip even begins. Out trip spent 2.5 hours picking up prior to getting on the road.
If it is winter and unseasonably cold, highly recommend DO NOT take this trip if you are not a fan of being cold. We were told Florida buses do not have heaters. It was 47 when we boarded the bus. Also I guess the don’t have a defroster either, as they had to turn on air conditioner at 8:30 because the window was fogged and the driver could not see. They did provide tape to cover the vents to keep cold air from blowing directly on us. 50 degrees and air conditioner on with no blanket equaled miserable!
Finally, several hotel drop off accommodations were made for passengers. We were the last ones to get off the shuttle and our hotel was less than a mile down on the same street as our drop off, so I asked could we be dropped off at our hotel. It was 10:15pm and was once again cold. We were told no that was not possible.
We spent 6 hours in Key West but from start to finish 17 hours. Most of the day is spent traveling. Safe yourself the wasted time….. rent a car and drive!

We completely understand that this type of trip is not for everyone, and we truly respect your opinion. However, we would like to clarify a few important points for future travelers.
The distance from Fort Lauderdale to Key West is nearly 200 miles. A large portion of the route, especially through the Florida Keys, has controlled speed limits of up to 55 mph. For safety reasons, it is not possible to drive faster, even if we wanted to.
We also make a scheduled breakfast stop in Key Largo, which typically takes approximately 20–30 minutes, so passengers can stretch, use the restroom, and have something to eat before continuing the journey.
Because this is a SHARED tour, there are several pickup locations. Guests staying in Fort Lauderdale should keep in mind that, since it is located north of Miami, it will typically be the first pickup in the morning and the last drop-off in the evening. This is simply due to the tour's route, since Key West is at the south.
We would also like to clarify that the RETURN from Key West is NON-STOP.
When choosing a shared tour, additional stops are part of the service model. The alternative would be a private tour, which can cost 12–15 times as much, or renting a car and driving the nearly 400 miles round-trip yourself.
The purpose of this tour is to allow guests to visit the southernmost point of the United States without the stress of driving for many hours, so they can relax and enjoy the scenery along the way.

Day trip from Ft.Lauderdale to Key West was great. Shuttle was on time. Tour guide, Luis, was fantastic. He created a great experience. All four of us really enjoyed the day. The tour company set up an Uber afterwards from Miami back to Lauderdale because their shuttle service couldn’t do it. Flawless, seamless switch and Uber worked well. Great day together and they covered all of the details well.

The bus was freezing cold could not change temperature. I became ill because, I have fibromylia and the cold cause it to flare up. It was the most unbearable trip. People need to know to bring warm clothing while on the bus.
I feel I should get refunded, $169.00

It rained for us so it made the trip not so pleasant, but still somewhat enjoyable. We had a snorkeling booked but had to cancel due to rain. Luis was awesome! He knew a lot about the area and had good tunes. He was also prepared for things like phone chargers. Manny, the driver was a smooth coaster. The combo was great.

The glass bottom boat in key west departs at 2 pm. Which doesn’t leave much time before or after to do much exploring and it was kind of boring. It’s ment for the older crowd!

Now, I come from the farthest, the amount of stop was not acceptable. That would be the only rest I would not do it again to many stops. And I think that information should I been available when you booking the trip. You may have 10 to 20 stop before leaving for the trip. But everyone was polite and respectful

This was one of our favorite experiences down in Ft. Lauderdale. It's a long day, but so much fun. We were picked up on time at the hotel location. Then drove to the double decker charter bus. Our guide was professional and made sure he had everyone on the bus. It is a long drive, but loved it. Arrived in key west, instructor gives detailed instructions. He walked us to our snorkeling session, got us signed in and he left. We were to meet him back at the bus at 5:20pm. The snorkeling was great and everyone was so kind. We got some food in key west after, which was delicious. Then headed back to the bus, we slept on the way back and they took us back to where we started. Thank you for a great time.

Ma'am, you were picked up from your hotel in Fort Lauderdale (B Ocean Hotel) in the morning by a minibus that took you to Miami, to the big bus, which you traveled to Key West.
At night, the logistics were different; you arrived at your hotel via Uber, which the company paid for. Depending on the number of passengers going to Fort Lauderdale, the company decides whether to take you in the minibus or an Uber, which we pay for. Thanks!

It was a wonderful trip. I would have changed if l had of known l needed to walk as much as l did. I had a stress fracture, l was in a boot, and it was quite a distance. Everything else was perfect.

Great day in Key West! The stop in Key Largo for breakfast was nice. Charging outlets were not working which would have been been helpful as we spent the night in the bus due to the wild fires that shut the road down

Could not understand the narrator his English was bad and only informed us 5 times about the areas on this 4 hour ride down I expected a long day but this was ridiculous we left Key West at 6:15 and it took 7 hrs to return to Hotel it was 1am I would never recommend this trip.

We picked up the shuttle in Fort Lauderdale, which took us to the tour bus. Unfortunately we spent the next couple of hours stopping to pick up passengers from various hotels in Miami before actually heading to Key West. The actually trip to Key West and our 6 hours in Key West went well, and was plenty of time. We did the hop on, hop off trolley. On the way back the shuttle picked us up at the southernmost pickup spot in Miami, so we thankfully didn’t have to sit through hours of stops again in Miami. Wish they would have done that on the way down, or we had stayed near the final stop in Miami. The tour guide was good, but his English was hard to understand. Not sure we would do the tour again, but it was a good way to go without having to drive ourselves.

Prepare yourself for very long day if you are travwling from Fort Lauderdale but it really worth it. Shutťe bus took as to main meeti g point and we had great guide who gave us lots of advices and information. We really enjoyed this experience. Only small comment: you cannot rely on wifi on board unfortunatelly it was not working. It is not complain just information.
