Great tour, excellent captain and tour guides. Very interesting information and just fun to see all the houses and yachts and learn how much they are worth! Right amount of time and good refreshments.

I am due a refund because the boat never came for the tour. We waited for 2 hours for the boat that never came. I called the number and was told that the 2pm tour was cancelled for maintenance. I asked why I wasn’t notified and the gentleman told me it was a scheduled maintenance performance. He then proceeded to give me another number to call which I did (212)512-0515 (the original number I called). Then was given this number (954)463-3440. I spoke with a Robert. That told me I needed to call the event coordinator in which that is who I thought I originally called. I asked about being refunded since the tour never took place and was told I would have to handle it with them. I then found another number while trying to get assistance with this matter (888)651-9785. Still to be left going down yet another rabbit hole.
Our guide Javi was super chill and did an awesome job explaining and taking us out without being too commercial. Would definitely recommend.
PS.... BUY THE GOGGLES!! My regular shades did not cut it! I spent a third of the ride scraping my eyeballs lol
It was a great cruise, very knowledgeable. Attention to clients by the crew was amazing. It was really a lot of fun.
I booked a boat cruise. I received a text the day of the cruise stating that it had been canceled. I called the operator and asked what the reason for the cancellation was and was told it was due to operational difficulties. I requested a refund through Viator who contacted the operator who denied that it was canceled. Therefore, I am out of $102.
We took the boat trip for our anniversary; we had a wonderful time.
The crew was amazing, funny and knowledgeable of the area. I highly recommend taking this tour.

We had some extra time to fill in Ft. Lauderdale and found this excursion. What a gem! Captain Jason and Kat were a great team with lots of information and fun during the cruise! We really enjoyed them! A real value for your money and time! I would recommend.
The only "odd" part of this cruise was the guy on board offering a "free prize", spoiler alert, timeshare opportunity! A cute couple "won", then for the remainder of the cruise, the guy tried to sell them. (Which I thought was horrible that the couple lost their cruise time for that!) And it was horrible for those of us sitting nearby who had to listen to the sales pitch! That part took away from a really good trip.
There is a problem here. And I point the finger at viator. There was no visible parking on Cortez. It was very difficult to sign and it’s a long walk from there to the dock. You need to get the information straight because it caused a lot of problems in misery. Please do a better job at that please we’re paying a lot of money for these sorts of things and I consider that your responsibility.
Well worth the money!
If you want a big air-conditioned boat with a full bar then this isn’t for you. If you want a wonderful leisurely ride around all the important houses with excellent guides then this is for you.
Great tour, very interesting info about the history behind the homes, art and different yachts, perfect amount of drinks, perfect weather. It could not have gone better (except if we were given an all expense paid yacht at the end).

maintained and comfortable and the ride was calm and pleasant.
Friendly and knowledgeable crew. Very informative and fun tour. Easy to locate and just steps from the Ritz Carlton.
Great tour of the Ft Lauderdale boat passageways. Friendly crew. 1.5 hour experience, drinks included (both alcoholic and N/A options). Crew was knowledgeable about the tour and most seats had a cover over them to block the sunshine.

A great way to enjoy Ft Lauderdale’s most scenic waterways. Very relaxing with funny hospital tour guides. History and fun facts on a water taxi. We also received free beverages. Go on this ride and pick out your favorite mansion and mega yacht.

I wish we had looked for instructions in the Viator app, as the explanation seemed clearer than what we printed out. Also we did not need printed papers to board. Only had to tell them my last name.

Everything went smoothly on the tour. The guides were very informative with a good sense of humor. The homes and yachts were impressive. It was fun being so close to so much wealth. Higher quality drink options would be more in line with the surroundings.

Viator didn’t pass on my reservation to the trip company. We were almost not allowed on board. Make your reservation with the company directly. But the trip was wonderful!

The boat was very small, should have included photos of the actual boat in the booking along with the photos they have posted.

Was very tour. The tour guides need to not talk so close to the microphone because it is hard to understand him and her. It is very gobbled. The information was very informative. Need to offer name brand drinks.

This was a last minute decision for us. The guide was very informative and fun. The overall tour was a great experience and I would definitely do it again. The free drinks were a plus. The only reason why I did’t give the tour five stars was because we booked for the 2:00 pm tour at 12:30. I received a text message a few minutes later saying that the 2:00 tour was full and rescheduled me for 3:30. If the 2pm tour was full then it shouldn’t have been an option at 12:30. Other than that, it was a great experience.

We do apologize for the change in your departure time. Occasionally, when guests place a booking in their shopping cart and complete payment a few minutes later, the last remaining seats may already be purchased by another customer. Because bookings come from multiple platforms, the system can sometimes confirm a tour that has just filled. As soon as we received your reservation and saw that the 2:00 PM departure had reached capacity, our team immediately contacted you to move you to the next available cruise at 3:30 PM.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
I booked a 2 PM Saturday tour. Two hours before departure, the operator called and asked me to give up my seats because he needed them for someone else. I agreed, even though it was last-minute, and rescheduled for the next day at 2 PM.
The next day, we were stuck in traffic due to an accident and I immediately reached out to explain. Instead of showing even basic understanding — especially after I had already accommodated his request the day before — he refused to help.
No refund. No courtesy reschedule. Nothing.
The only option offered was to pay an extra $20 per person ($40 total) to change the time. I had already paid $80. So now I’m expected to pay $120 total because of circumstances outside my control — after I already did them a favor?
That’s not customer service. That’s taking advantage of customers.
Even after a company advisor tried to intervene, they still refused to refund or resolve the issue fairly.
This company had no problem moving my reservation when it benefited them, but when I needed flexibility, suddenly there was none. That says everything.
Book at your own risk.

As a small vessel with limited seating (30 passengers), once reservations are confirmed we hold and reserve those seats, and if guests miss the departure those seats unfortunately cannot be resold. For this reason, missed departures are generally non-refundable.
When you contacted us after the scheduled departure time, we did offer the option to rebook for a later cruise with a small rebooking fee to help cover the cost of the reserved seats and operating expenses.
We always do our best to accommodate guests whenever possible, and we appreciate your understanding that with limited capacity tours there are operational policies we must follow.
