We pick up at all locations in Broward County and Miami Dade County, including all Fort Lauderdale and Miami hotels and ports. Daily pick-ups are both morning and afternoon between 8:30am-9:30am and 1:30pm-2:30pm. If your hotel is not listed, please note your hotel name and address in the Special Requirements box.

Itinerary
Your Everglades airboat excursion begins with hotel or port pickup in Ft. Lauderdale or Miami in the morning or afternoon, depending on your chosen pick-up location and tour time. Meet your boat captain and guide at the launch location and set off on board an airboat through the Everglades Holiday Park, learning about the local flora and fauna as you try to spot alligators, snakes, waterfowl, and other animals in the wild. Spend about an hour exploring, with stops to cut the engines and listen to the sounds of nature plus snap photos, before heading back to the departure point for your return transfer.

What a blast. Our captain from Dominican Republic was wonderful. From the beautiful waterways to blue skies. Look underwater for turtles. We were lucky to see 3 alligators. The motor is loud if you sit in the back. Earplugs help but not necessary. Highly recommend for everyone to seniors to young families.

This was it was great. They picked us up at our hotel brought us right to the Everglades. It was organized not too crowded. We saw lots of alligators. It was very safe. The drivers were very cautious afterwards we saw a zoo show we got a free picture and freewater highly recommend.

The TRANSPORTATION pick up from the hotel was included in the tour, which was very convenient if you don’t have a car. Bruce was our driver. We were able to see a lot of of gators and the wildlife, and the air boat experience took about an hour. Afterwards, we were able to see a gator show, which was a lot of fun. Very nice tour

Our driver, Mark, was great! He communicated well and guided us through each part of the tour. He even saved a spot at the head of the line for the show while we shopped or used the restroom. Then he guided us to front row seating for the alligator show. Paul, the head speaker, was funny. It was interesting.
But first we took the airboat down channels and spotted alligators, herons, turtles and fish. The airboat sounded rickety and needs some love. Our driver did some commentary but that could be improved on. Never went full throttle so we never got the true airboat experience. Plus the airboat was covered and had a shield in front. Didn't care for that. He also missed a lot of gators he could've been pointing out to us.
All in all it was a good tour. We were staying at Hollywood Beach so the hotel pick up was what sold me on this tour.

Our captain Nadim was knowledgeable and fun making the experience fantastic. Our driver Steve was helpful and reliable and the show and the volunteer running the show left us astounded. Must see!

Tour description was fully accurate and everything happened as anticipated. However, while there, different guides all commented how we were fortunate as this was the perfect time of the year to be there and we saw so much more than other times of the year. We easily saw about 15-20 gators as well as other reptiles, birds, and plant life not always out in the open. The gator show was short but educational and entertaining. The convenience of being picked up at our hotel exactly on schedule by our friendly and knowledgeable driver, Dimitrius, sealed the deal. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get an excellent and easy insight to the real Florida Everglades.

Starting with the pickup, Steve was communicative the day prior and day of. Having the translation to and from the event was worth it.
The boat tour guide, Jim-bo was phenomenal. He was enthusiastic, entertaining, and knowledgeable. In between gator sightings, he's gave us good information about the Everglades and it's flora & fauna. We saw quite a few gators and it was such fun for the family.
The gator show was extremely informative and entertaining. The "gator guy" was very comfortable and keep the crowd giggling in between facts and demonstrations.
The entire experience was worth every penny and a must do for groups in the area.

We learned so much! Everglades are a slow moving river, not a swamp.
Alligators were sunning and swimming along our route. It was surreal. Our boat captain whipped the boat around with skillful ease. We didn’t miss a thing thanks to our captain!
We enjoyed the alligator show. Alligators are motivated by food and they appear to be bonded with their handler. In fact, he referred to them as family.
Our tour guide, Bruce was accommodating! Besides offering a wealth of information, he provided water, photog skills and a fossilized clam as a parting gift.

Lucky with the weather. Pity they did not spend time educating us about the ecosystem of the Everglades. River delta, slow moving, freshwater, pump system to balance the Everglades with the Canal system to maximize water levels - high and low. If educated, people may have more respect. Surprised to see no turtles. The show of the alligators could also be more educational. Nothing about breeding.

Great experience! They were able to pick us up from Port Everglades and drop us off at the airport after the tour for an additional $10.70. Our luggage stayed safely in the trunk the whole time. The driver Bruce gave us lots of advice about Fort Lauderdale in general, and was very timely. The sounds of the airboat weren't terribly deafening, but if your hearing is sensitive, just bring a pair of earplugs with you. Would recommend!

The experience was just okay, not as memorable as the ride we had in the 90’s. Far too commercial, with too much emphasis on tipping.

Transportation was rough. We were first to be picked up in the group. We were told that they were only picking up ONE other group. The driver was picking up TWO additional groups. He kept going to the wrong address or location so the ride should've been 1-1.5 hours to our destination, it ended up being 2.5 hours long one-way. We didn't want to deal with the mess going home from Ft Lauderdale to Miami Beach so we had to book two ubers one-way costing us additional $200+. I would book with caution. Also, the boats that we were on were covered, for some reason, we thought we were going to go to a more traditional airboat where it's uncovered. Not worth the trip for this specific tour. Also, the driver was crazy. We tipped him anyways cause we felt bad but we thought we were going to die or get into an accident a few times.

Fantastic experience for the family. We saw 30 alligators on the airboat ride, our teen kids got to hold a baby alligator, and we all tried the deep fried alligator bites. So fun!

Had a great time at this excursion. Demetrius picked us up at our hotel. We then boarded our airboat with Geno, our captain. Saw many alligators lurking in the water, on the shore and in the plants. We also saw several types of birds and a turtle. There are a couple of canals where you get to experience the airboat moving-out. We went to the alligator show after the boat ride. One of the employees from alligator rescue team then gives a talk followed by showing us how to handle them. You see that alligators aren't as aggressive as we think they are. Excellent time!

The airboat captain Naveen was great and very excited to do his job. I would have given a 5 start review if it wasn’t for the cashiers at both the gift shop and the cafe they were very rude and seem to hate their job. Other than that the actual tour was very good.

This tour was great! Lots to see, saw several alligators, driver was awesome! He picked us up from a different hotel than originally planned because our hotel cancelled our room. The tour people were very accommodating. Would definitely go with them again.

What a great experience. The prompt pick up from our hotel made things a breeze. Our driver, Mark was entertaining and informative. Once we got to the park, Mark took care of everything.
The staff at the park were friendly and efficient. The boat ride was fun, we saw seven gators!

We booked via a Tour Operator so I was not 100% sure of what to expect. The tour was good, our guide joked around with us a little. The only thing I would improve is the fact that the company is picking people up from various locations, and said locations were far!! We were picked up from Fort Lauderdale and to be fair, the driver did his run so that whoever was on the bus the longest time going to Everglades, were on the bus the shortest on the way back. We ended up going all the way to Pompano Beach... I didn't mind too much; however, if people were hungry or travelling with young kids, this is somethign worth knowing. Even our driver seemed sorry for the long drive! When we arrived on site, there seemed to be a moment of uncertainty about what to do with us...Not sure what it was...In the end, we got on our boat, saw lots of wildlife, saw an alligator show and got a nice photo!!! Seeing alligators in the wild is quite something!
