The location where you access the boat is so busy and congested. Although we arrived 15 minutes prior to departure it took us almost that long to find a parking spot. We ran to the check- in area, the time was 2:31. The woman at the booth said we could not board because the boat departs at 2:30. The boat was still in the dock and not yet moving! But nope, we were not allowed to partake in the tour. She was not able to refund our money either. So I can't comment on the quality of the tour itself since we were left standing on the dock watching The Jungle Queen Riverboat pull away. Many of us tourists are not familiar with the area so give yourself more time than you think you need to navigate the congestion and busy area.

The Viator App is not user friendly. Many folks to indluding myself. I used the App for two seperate trips. Neither one of the purchases allowed me to use the App.
Additionally I stood in liine with others having the same problem.

It was fun! Great way to see & learn inner coastal tid bits while on vacation. The narrator interjected some humor to keep it interesting. Plenty of lunch options on the walkway as well.

The tour guide was funny and kind and the crew were all super accommodating. It started to rain right when we got back to the dock and they had free ponchos ready to go. I loved getting to see the giant estates and the history behind some of them. It was a perfect activity for a day that was supposed to be filled with rain!

I think we made a detour and didn't go up the normal intracoastal waterway route but instead went the Port of Ft. Lauderdale where all the cruise ships were. We've been on this boat 3 times and we never went to the cruise port. Not sure why we did that this time.

Due to TSA budget not funded and very few TSA workers, my flights were delayed and my reserved Rental Car was no longer available in Florida FLL. I called at 12:05PM and notified Viator that due to circumstances out-of-my control I would not be able to make my River Boat Tour at 2:00PM. They said it did not matter I would not get a refund, because I did not cancel 24-hours before the event started. That was impossible for me to know, unless I could see into the future. I will not use this vendor EVER again!

The Little Venice stories of the homeowners of these beautiful properties was very good and embedded with good humorous comments and jokes it was a very reasonable priced experience me and my wife both loved. Give us a little information about the area and found us a fantastic place to go back to for dinner that night at the boathouse definitely would recommend this if you're not from this area I need to learn it a little bit.

It was a wonderful trip. Lots of information. Wonderful narrator and crew. And a beautiful sunny day. Well worth the price. We were booked on the 2:30 trip & got incorrect directions and got lost. We called and she said no problem. If you miss the 2:30 trip you can go on the 4:30 trip. They were so accommodating.
