This was epic!!! From the time we arrived to getting in the water and swimming out on the reef! The sea life was beautiful, tour guide awesome! My daughter and I recommend doing the 8am snorkel tour, the Sun beaming down into the ocean and on the sea life was such an unforgettable memory! Thank you. Ken and daughter Noelle.

Super fun/unique experience! Guides were very kind/thorough. However, important to leave valuables in your car and be smart about hiding your keys because sometimes people will steal your stuff!

Dear Holly, Thank you for joining our snorkeling tour and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very happy to hear that you had a fun and unique experience and that you found our guides kind and thorough. We would like to clarify the situation mentioned regarding the stolen car keys. We have been operating tours at this location for many months, and this type of incident had never occurred before. Our tours take place in a public beach area, so unfortunately we cannot control the behavior of other people who may be nearby. As in any public place in South Florida, we always recommend that guests do not leave important valuables unattended on public benches or in open areas. When the keys were taken, our team acted immediately. We arranged and paid for an Uber to bring the spare keys so the guests could access their vehicle. In addition, one of our guides noticed the person involved and intervened quickly, which prevented the rest of the belongings from being stolen. While the keys were unfortunately taken, our team’s quick response helped prevent a much larger loss. Any valuables inside the car, as well as the vehicle itself, remained safe. We always do our best to assist our guests when unexpected situations occur, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened.

We had a wonderful time snorkeling around the man-made reefs by Dania Beach. Even my 73 year old mom did it! Thiago took extra care for her, and Camila was the sweetest, even gave us a Polaroid for the memory. Very casual, perfect way to just get out and enjoy a couple hours snorkeling around.

If I could rate this experience 0 stars I would. Me and my daughter were looking for a fun activity to do as we NEVER go on vacation. I took a risk as they only had 3 reviews, expecting some sort of professionalism. The wife Camilla was very nice and helped us with parking and holding our items that we couldn’t take with us. The tour started explaining how to use the snorkeling equipment, as they stated the life vest were more for “decoration” and didn’t recommend inflating them, which this definitely made me raise an eye. We started in the ocean at hip length for about 3 minutes just practicing and getting comfortable. After that the group toke off ( not staying together ) and left my daughter behind, if i wasn’t there I don’t know what could have happened to her. I eventually caught up to her and she was choking and inhaling so much water. We decided it was time to leave, as we were grabbing our things from Camila she definitely showed compassion and sorrow unlike the husband. Camilla stated she would refund us if we wanted that, nor did we ask for a refund. After only spending 10 minutes in the water with snorkeling gear you could purchase from Walmart for probably 25$, we realized this was NOT worth $150. So we kindly reached back out about the refund we were promised. As the husband answered the phone he gave me a horrible attitude saying his wife never said that and she was forced to say that. Mind you the husband wasn’t even there so hear what the wife said. We still haven’t received a refund complete waste of time. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Hi Chris, We’re truly sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations, especially since this was a rare vacation for you and your daughter. We understand how important that time is. For clarity and accuracy, we would like to address several points. You and your daughter arrived after the scheduled start time. Despite this, we welcomed you, ensured you were settled, and conducted the full safety and equipment briefing for everyone. During the briefing, your daughter appeared disengaged and was not paying attention, to the point that our guide had to call her attention and emphasize the importance of listening carefully for her own safety. As you mention in your review, the tour began with a detailed explanation of how to use the snorkeling equipment, and the group started in hip-deep water to practice and get comfortable before proceeding. This shallow-water practice is specifically designed so guests can test their gear and communicate any concerns before heading toward the reef. All participants were provided with snorkeling life vests. We clearly explained how to properly inflate and deflate them and emphasized that they are important for buoyancy support and visibility in the water. They were never described as “decoration.” Safety is always our top priority. The group did not “take off” unsupervised. Our tours are guided and monitored at all times, and guests are instructed to stay together. On this same tour, there were nine other participants who listened carefully to the briefing, followed instructions, and had a great experience, including two children who completed the tour without issue. After the tour, you contacted us requesting a refund. During that conversation, it was stated that a negative review would be posted if the refund was not granted. For that reason, we believe this review was written as retaliation after the refund request was denied, rather than as an objective reflection of the overall experience, especially considering the positive aspects you yourself acknowledged. We take safety, professionalism, and guest experience very seriously. We also have photos and documentation from the tour that reflect the structure, supervision, and quality of the experience that day. We genuinely wish you and your daughter the very best and hope your future travels are enjoyable and comfortable.
