What a great experience and absolutely beautiful sunset. The crew was great and the captain made sure that everyone had a chance to get some great pictures in.

No refund after promising

I was supposed to receive half refund for 2 tickets cancelled, no money refunded and no communication from the operator .No email came through. Some weird messaging system sent messages which could not be seen after clicking the link.No refund

We had a great time on the cruise last night.

Unhappy Blast on sunset cruise

Generally good. But crew set off blast which resulted in hurting my wife’s ear. Not sure that has any place on a pleasure cruise and probably raises safety issues as well.

Do not take this cruise very disappointing

This experience was very, very disappointing. We had friends from out of town and we went on a cruise last year when we were in the area and it was absolutely magnificent showing the big mansions and the huge yachts and it was just absolutely beautiful this cruise we drove through barges. an oil places where boats came in it was and just woods. They didn’t start to talk about the briefly talk about a few yards and a few of the mansions on the way back. It was extremely disappointing. I would expect a refund actually that’s how disappointing it was. We paid for VIP seats it just it was a terrible terrible disappointment. I would not recommend it and I would post this review so if you wanna get in touch with me to see how you can give me a refund or something 215-470-6952. It was a terrible experience.

Did not get what was offered!!! Sunset was not up to par!!! There was no VIP seating..... weather was not good enough to leave the bay...... so it was not romantic at all!!!

Cruise canceled Twice!

My cruise was canceled due to inclement weather twice. I was told I would receive a call in 2 days to get a refund but no one has called. I submitted a claim to the company with receipts and have yet to hear from anyone.

No trip no tip

Got a notification that our boat had been canceled due to weather. Called to ask about rebooking and was told they were not aware the boat had been canceled. I explained that the text had said to reach out to rebook to which she goes oh yeah it’s canceled due to weather. Ask to rebook for the next day in the morning and was told they had no availability but online had multiple times. Clearly whoever works the phones has their head in the sand.
