While the afternoon at Graceland Cemetery was not helped by the 90 degrees+ temps - sadly our tour guide was lacking in his overall knowledge and led most of the tour reading content from his cell phone. It was hard for him to field questions that were not in his script. Nice guy and I suggest he do more homework before conducting rather pricey tours.

As your guide, I take that seriously and always aim to improve. If I don’t know the answer to a question, I’m honest about it rather than guessing—no one person knows everything, and I believe in getting the details right. Having said that. I don’t recall any questions going unaddressed let alone multiple ones, but I appreciate you bringing this up and will reflect on how I can better serve future guests. Also, a quick heads-up: third party platforms sometimes add a significant markup to ticket prices. For the best rate and tour selection, I recommend booking directly. Thanks again for the feedback!
