Don't take this tour - look for an alternative

    Craig_P, Apr 2026
Don't take this tour! Miller Brewery, Harley Davidson Museum, Art Museum were great, driver didn't take us to City Hall. Experience was ruined by driver, basically no communication with us till we got to Miller's Brewery when he announced 1 member of the tour needed to pay $20 for the tour. When we arrived att the Harley museum driver made one family pay for the tour that was included in their ticket. On the return journey, driver stopped at a fuel station and demanded that the solo traveller get out of the van and buy him a case of beer because she didn't pay for the Miller tour. 3 of us followed them into the store, driver was yelling at the passenger in the back f the store till he saw us, then returned to vehicle very angry. Driving was erratic, we al felt unsafe and what should have been a great experience wqas ruined.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We take your concerns very seriously and have conducted a thorough review with the guide regarding the points you raised. We would like to clarify a few important details. According to our guide, your group had a tour package that included all entrance tickets (Miller Brewery, Harley Davidson Museum, etc.). However, there was another traveler on the same tour whose package did not include ticket of the Miller Brewery and another group of traveler did not include the ticket of the Harley Davidson Museum. This misunderstanding led to most of the communication issues you mentioned. We deeply regret that what should have been a great experience turned into a disappointing one. Please know that the guide tried to mediate a confusing situation where one guest’s package differed from the rest. Still, we acknowledge that the communication breakdown and the resulting tension negatively affected your tour. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We are committed to improving our services and guest communication.

    The Milwaukee Art Museum...

The Milwaukee Art Museum was a visual masterpiece—its stunning architecture and lakefront setting made for the perfect introduction to the city’s creative spirit. Inside, the collection was diverse and thoughtfully curated, with something to capture every kind of art lover. The Milwaukee Public Market was a lively and delicious stop. From artisan cheeses to fresh-baked pastries and handmade crafts, it had the kind of local charm that made it easy to lose track of time. I’d also like to highlight the exceptional service provided by our tour guide. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly without ever making the day feel rushed. His insights added so much to each stop, and his warm, professional attitude created a comfortable and enjoyable group dynamic. If you're looking for a day trip that blends culture, flavor, and fascinating history, this tour is a fantastic choice. A seamless and enriching experience from start to finish!

    Recommend for a day trip!

The Harley-Davidson Museum was a must-see—packed with over 450 motorcycles and rich with fascinating stories that even non-riders would appreciate. The Milwaukee Public Market was a food lover’s paradise, full of unique local vendors and vibrant energy. The Miller Brewery tour was another standout: learning about the brewing process while enjoying authentic beer samples made for a fun and memorable stop.  To top it off, the Milwaukee Art Museum left us in awe. Its striking architecture and lakefront setting, along with its impressive collection, provided the perfect finale to a well-rounded day.  This tour was incredibly well-organized and full of variety, making it ideal for travelers of all interests. Highly recommend it for anyone wanting to experience the best of Milwaukee in a single and unforgettable trip!

Driver tried to extort us for more money.

    Brenda_M, Apr 2025
Just before we were heading back to Chicago The operator will tell you that you owe him a $12 per person service fee after paying $125.00 per person. We told him we were paid in full. He insisted but we didn’t give him any more money. At first he didn’t start driving but after about 10 minutes he started driving us back to Chicago. Smh

    Response from Host, Apr 2025

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the service fee matter. The $12 service fee is indeed a discretionary gratuity that reflects your satisfaction with our guide's service. Please rest assured that this is never a mandatory charge, and we're glad to confirm that no such fee was ultimately collected from you. We sincerely apologize if the explanation of this fee caused any confusion or inconvenience during your journey. Our guide's intention was simply to clarify that it is not included in tour fee, not to pressure you in any way. Thank you for choosing our services, and we hope the overall tour experience met your expectations.
