Unfortunately, we did not get to even experience the cruise. Even with GPS, the location was difficult to find which made us just a few minutes late. They had just barely closed the gate when we got there and would still not let us on. I tried contacting the cruise line directly for a refund (hoping that I could then re-schedule for a later date). Due to receiving a poor and callous response, refusing to offer any refund or to reschedule), I will not be returning to any excursion offered by this cruise line. I understand not being able to make an exception to allow us on the ship once the gate was closed (even though the ship had not even begun to pull away), however, due to the high price tag of this brunch cruise, I hoped for better understanding and customer service to allow to reschedule or refund. Especially considering that we were late because there were no clear directions provided regarding where the ship was docked at.

Went in July. Staff is super friendly and organized. Food was pretty good. Went with family and friends and we had a good time.

Ship was cool (had to call to find out name of the ship as you’re not told at booking, which is annoying), food was decent tho not great (buffet table items weren’t that hot), disco music was WAY too loud. Most frustrating was that we were given an inside table rather than a window table, we were told the window tables were “reserved”. There was no option to reserve a window table at booking tho, not even for an upcharge. Would have done this if offered. Several window seats stayed empty throughout the cruise but we were never offered the option to move, even tho we asked. The staff was great tho and the views were spectacular.

We arrived couple minutes after 1pm and the yatch is gone. We never received any notification or call to let us know, maybe if they wait 3 minutes we don’t miss it

Good tour- food was excellent as was the service- beef, fish and other options. The gourmet coffee bar was just regular coffee and a few flavored syrups rather than espresso/cappuccino. The ride was a good length and was smooth despite the stormy weather outside.
