Amazing, calm, romantic vibes! I had a great time on this boat tour. The drinks were spot on, and relatively affordable. One thing to keep in mind is that there’s a bit of a staircase leading up to the dock. For any non-Chicago natives, there’s about 12 flights of stairs you have to get down to get to the boat. Outside of that, advertised as displayed!

My husband and I came for our anniversary and we had a great time. It was a great day for a boat ride. Drinks were good and not expensive. Would definitely come back and do it again. I want to try the beer wine and cheese cruise.

They didn't cover the city tour, and further we stayed 1 hour in waiting at gates of lake. Our tickets for the show was cancelled and next available was delayed by 1.5 hours

The trip was fun of you just want to ride the river without any narrative. Only complaint is that it's billed tiki cruise, but music was blues/jazz not island time music. My suggestion to operator mix in some tropical music.

Thank you for your review. Sometimes our Captains take liberty with our Playlist. We have spoken to all crew to make sure we are playing Island music. We would offer you to come back on one of our cruises as a repeat customer at a discount to have a more Island experience.

I was told there would be food and tried to order to be asked if I wanted some chips. HELL NO! Like really? A bag of chips? Then was offered a "charcuterie pack" which was basically a Lunchable. My mouth dropped! So, I couldn't drink alcohol on an empty stomach then I got sea sick. I've been on several cruises this summer and NEVER go seasick. Then, it doesn't end here, there were like 12,000 kids on board with strollers! I feel like any cruise with a bar and a bunch of drunk people doesn't mix with kids. And the music was HORRIBLE! There was no top 40, Alt, hip hop, country music, like nothing. All oldies for 50 yrs olds and up. We all paid our money! Not to mention you get treated like crap if you're not booking a birthday party. 0 stars for sure. The only positive was the bartender. He was nice. I will NEVER book this cruise again!

Customer missed their schedule cruise at 4:30 on the river. We offered an alternative time as a courtesy at no CHARGE for the skyline cruise, which is more money and a different boat. She accepted. Customer was not even on the cruise they booked for. We do not advertise food on any of our ticket cruises. Food is available at the Tiki bar to bring on board. We are not responsible for a customer not eating and drinking alcohol. Customer had 1 hour to eat before the next cruise and could have purchased food before boarding. Customers are responsible for prevention if prone to seasickness.
Checked the manifest, only 1 child under 10 on board out of 69 adults. 1 stroller on a 120 passenger boat is pretty insignificant. There was no private party scheduled on this cruise. We also do not allow customers to get drunk and overserved on any of our boats. We treat all guests equally on public cruises. We play Island chill music not hip hop. Customer should have throughly read cruise description before booking. We are NOT a booze cruise.

Group of us went for a 40th birthday party. We dressed in Hawaiian attire ( not necessary but wanted to stay on theme). We had a great time! Staff was super friendly and outgoing. Great idea for a group outing, birthday party, or bachelorette party.

When you think of a tiki bar party cruise, you think of good music, good drinks - right? WRONG! We had oldies music playing, the captain barely spoke. The only good thing was the gentlemen telling us about the buildings as we passed them. Would not recommend this tour!

We arrived on time to be told it had been cancelled due to mechanical problems, even though there were four boats waiting, but no people on board. We were disappointed and went in another tour instead. But now have to try and get a refund.

It was easy to check in and the trip was fun.. expected more crowd but for some reason it was not that crowded : ship was clean and staff were ok . No complains overall a good experience with my friends to give the city tour from downtown toward china town n back

It was good except kind of figured it was 21 and older. Kids were running around to the point the worker had to say something more than once. If it's not 21 plus it's fine, but it is a cruise with adults and alcohol in mind.... need more control of the kids running around. Other than that it was great !

I'm use to riding the tiki boat with hay and the upper and lower decks to enjoy the view. The boat we were moved to didn't have a lot of open space to enjoy the sites as the tiki boat does. And they wouldn't let us go to the upper deck

Arrived late for tour with a bunch of friends due to flight being delayed but was told I could take a later tour. Went with another couple, was very enjoyable and guide very helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

The views from the boat are incredible, it is also easy to find. Drinks were expensive but as expected. Was disappointed in the lack of customer management by the staff. One group was smoking stinky cigars that the rest of us had to smell the whole time, and another group decided they didn’t like the music so they brought their own speaker and played their own music. Two separate groups were acting like the owned the place and staff did not intervene. We moved seats and still had a great time, but were slightly irritated. If you’re not into rules, this is the tour for you! People also brought on outside alcohol in flasks with no repercussions, so save yourself some money and do that too!

Not very welcoming except for bartender. So, island theme is misleading. So Island music or anything except the tiki decor on the boat. Even asked if they could play some island music and request was not honored/granted. No staff talked or interact with us on the boat except bartender that why I give it a 3 stars instead of 1.
