Great experience!! Don’t be late they charge $20 bucks extra they have nice atomizer to pick from. You name your scent but it would be nice to have the label printed

The class I attended was very intimate (total of 3 people including myself), which was not what I expected at all. It was super fun though and it was nice to be able to have more attention from the person teaching the class. Overall I’d give this experience a 9/10, I only took 1 away as it was difficult to find if you’re not from there or familiar with that mall. Super fun and solo-friendly!!

Please try to be early if you can because if you are a group of 5 they might put you at a table alone away from your group. I will tell you this it was a fun time and we as a group did sit together. The host did apologize for the inconvenience.

Fun educational, great instructor - we had a lot of fun. We weren't sure what to expect but well worth it. Ask for directions when you walk in the building - there is a concierge near the Michigan Ave entrance - it will make locating the venue way easier.

What an incredible experience! This perfume-making class exceeded all my expectations. We had the opportunity to create truly personalized, handmade scents by experimenting with various fragrance bases, and the process was both educational and creative.
The instructor was phenomenal—their expert nose made all the difference. As I combined different notes and bases, they guided me through refining my creation with thoughtful suggestions that helped transform my initial blend into something truly special. I absolutely loved this class! Alana was a fantastic teacher; very thorough with instructions, knowledge of the different scents, scent combinations, and suggestions. I love the perfume I created and definitely will take another class to create a new scent during my next visit to Chicago!

Such an intimate date idea! My husband and I did this and it’s a great activity to practice communication and play on the senses. Staff were well informed, gave great pairing recommendations but also allowed autonomy and creativity to truly make a custom scent. I would recommend as a solo, couples, or even friends activity!

We had a lot of fun making perfume. The location was hard to find. It would have been helpful to mention in the booking that the store was located inside a mall. Also, while the guides were somewhat helpful, I wish they were move involved in the process. My daughter and I had a lot of fun, and we were excited to bring home a souvenir from our Chicago trip.

The teacher was great. My wife and I went. I thought it was going to be boring, but the teacher is very knowledgeable about her craft. I felt like a kid doing a science project, and at the end I got to make a cologne that I like 100%. Ttust me, im not a cologne person at all. I will definitely do this again, but this time Im bringing my whole family.

Prepared to be a scientist! Alonna (I hope I spelled this right) was fantastic! She encouraged us to experiment and not just put together smells "we know" and I was pleasantly surprised with the SCENTual combination I created. You'll enjoy all 75 minutes of this moment.

The perfume workshop was great and the educator knowledgeable and friendly. Sadly, the 3 hour parking voucher for $12 wasn’t clearly explained. We were in the building for 3 hours and 11 minutes. Those extra 11 minutes voided the voucher and I was charged $28 as if I never had a voucher. Be forewarned!

I booked this experience for my 16-year-old daughter and I during our weekend visit to Chicago. We were the only people in the 12 p.m. Sunday class. Makayla, our host, made it feel like a VIP experience. She answered all of our questions and was extremely patient as we navigated the online fragrance creation form. There were a good amount of scented oils to choose from and we were able to take our time sniffing each. Once we made our selections, we combined our oils in and an alcohol mixture to create our custom scents. We really like the perfumes we created and would definitely recommend others attend!
