Amazing tour
Amazing Acropolis tour in Athens with John the Archaeologist! His knowledge, passion, and storytelling truly brought ancient Greece to life. He explained the history in such an engaging and easy-to-understand way, while also sharing fascinating details you would never learn on your own. Walking through the Acropolis with someone so passionate about archaeology made the experience unforgettable. John was friendly, professional, and answered every question with enthusiasm. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Greece who wants a deeper understanding of Greek history and culture!

Tonia was amazing!
I took a walking food tour of Athens with Tonia and it was fantastic. Tonia was friendly, fun, and full of local stories that made every stop more memorable. The tour sampled so many amazing foods — from savory street bites to sweet treats — each dish thoughtfully chosen and delicious. The route also offered beautiful scenery and great photo moments, blending food, culture, and neighborhood vibes perfectly. Highly recommended for food lovers and anyone who wants an authentic, upbeat introduction to Athens.

Gods, Heroes and Myths
Dorian was very knowledgeable and made history come alive. She kept track of us , a small group of twelve and really jogged my memory about all the Greek gods and myths. She was easy to follow and spoke clearly. She obviously loves the Acropolis and Parthenon. I felt I knew all of these ancient building better because of her enthusiasm. She gave us frequent breaks and was especially great about pointing out restrooms and where to get water. We were there may 22and she said it wasn’t crowded but there were certainly lots of people. The guests were all very polite and orderly. We got to the Acropolis about 9:15 am maybe? Earlyish and it was never hot ( about 70degrees) so we’re were lucky. We followed all the instructions about wearing hats, sunscreen, bringing water ,etc and so we had an amazing experience. We did the add on of the Acropolis Museum, which was excellent and Dorina was a fantastic guide again for that. We also spent time at the cafe afterwards, just to rest a bit after the four hours of touring. then we went to see the excavation museum under the Acropolis Museum . That was amazing also for helping us understand how all different civilizations had used this place to live and work in . All if us are in our late sixties, reasonably fit and very glad to finally make it to Greece! Thanks for a great tour Dorina — a dream come true for me since I first started learning about the Gods and myths when I was 12 years old!

Ancient history is the headliner here, and Athens tours focus on archaeological treasures from the Acropolis in the city’s heart to outlying sites like the Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounion, the Meteora monasteries, and the ruins of Delphi and Corinth. Visitors looking to experience modern Athens can nibble their way through the city on a food tour, walk or cycle in trendy districts like Plaka and Monastiraki with an insider guide, and experience the local nightlife on a bar crawl. The capital city is also the perfect jumping-off spot for day cruises and island hopping in the Saronic Gulf.
