Lots of stairs and fun with Clair our guide!

Be sure to know the meeting spot for the start of the tour and be prepared to walk several flights of stairs. There is only 2 places to stop and rest/sit and 2 locations with public toilets (both will be very busy). Tour is worth taking and our guide Clair was the BEST! High energy, memorized all names of everyone in the group and made the history part of the tour fun.

Spectacular St Mark's Basilica and Doge's Palace

The Doge's Palace and St Mark's Basilica are worth taking a tour to hear about the history and to see how beautiful they are. I would caution anyone with leg or knee issues to use the elevator in Doge's Palace. The number of steps to climb to different levels is overwhelming.

Excellent tour, even for a somewhat picky eater. Lots of delicious food and drink in local eateries, not touristy. But the real highlight was our guide Anna ... she was charming and a true delight! She was also very accommodating to special requests. Highly recommend!

Great day seeing Murano and Burano

We had an excellent tour guide Flavia visiting Murano and Burano. Glad we didn't skip seeing the islands while visiting Venice. Flavia was amazing and made the trip so interesting and worth it! She answered all of our questions and provided so much history and information, not only of the islands, but of Venice as well! She even provided recommendations of restaurants in Venice since she lived in the area. Absolutely 100/100! Best tour guide by far!

We very much enjoyed our Murano/Burano boat tour with Serena and City Wonders. She was informative, funny and professional. We enjoyed the glass-blowing demonstration at Murano and the lace-making demonstration at Burano. We did not feel any pressure to make a purchase. And we had plenty of time for lunch and picture-taking on Burano.

It was great but the...

It was great but the timing was not the best. It was not clear about the lunch and rest room break which was at 11:45 and then after the palace tour which was long, there was no time for a toilet break as the line was too long. Luckily I didn’t drink much otherwise I would have had to leave. It would have been better to change the times to accommodate this.

Fantastic Time!!

Was an easy relaxed pace of a variety of food and wine tasting. We did not feel rushed at all. Alice our host / guide was very knowledgeable about the local culture food, wine and traditions. Portions did not leave us hungry or thirsty. They also offered vegetarian and alcohol free options.

Wonderful tour, friendly and informative guide

Wonderful tour - our guide was friendly and informative. The pace was good as we got to see the Doge’s Palace and St. Marks Basilica. We had a nice coffee break in between. Then we had about an hour break before our gondola ride which was a bucket list item for us!

We had a great experience on our St. Mark’s Basilica tour. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job explaining the history and significance of the basilica. The tour was well organized, informative, and kept us engaged throughout. St. Mark’s Basilica is absolutely beautiful, and having a guide helped us appreciate the details and history that we probably would have missed on our own. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth doing if you’re visiting Venice!

First time in Venice.

If you go in summer just be reminded that the Doge Palace is not air condition and is very warm inside so take a fam and water. Saying that, it was a fantastic tour and our guide was so knowledgeable about everywhere she took us. Lizza was lovely and always encouraged questions and apologised for her English but she needn’t as she was brilliant. The gondola ride was amazing and fun. Would definitely recommend this tour.
