We had a great experience with Nikolas, who picked us up from the airport and drove us to the city. He’s a really nice and friendly guy, and made us feel comfortable right away. The ride was fast, smooth, and most importantly—safe. Highly recommend Nikolas if you’re looking for a reliable driver!

Pick up was at 3 PM. Prepaid. Driver showed up seventy (70) minutes late. Ordered a large car, he came with a small Mercedes. We had to get a bigger car and pay for it in addition. I want a refund NOW. Never will use Viator. Unreliable company !
Dallas was very helpful with communication before arrival. He sent follow up text messages to let us know where he will meet us along with license plate number and color of vehicle.

Driver contacted us via WhatsApp when we arrived in Athens (Greece), and advised us how to contact him after we received our luggage and where to meet him for our transfer to our hotel in central Athens. Appreciated him making the communication re our transfer very easy. Also, he was a very smooth driver.
Great experience! We were picked up from ATH after an international flight, with lots of delays getting through immigration. Nevertheless, our driver was on time, communicative, and waiting for us for a smooth ride to our destination. Definitely recommend them!
Manos was amazing! Excellent communication to coordinate pick up. And gave us great recommendations for our stay in Athens!

Reliable transfer service that we would absolutely use again. The driver was friendly and efficient.
Driver did not drop us off in front of the hotel. He dropped is off at the corner behind garbage truck. We walked to the hotel front door a few feet away.
Our driver was very nice, he reached out via What's App upon arrival. I was disappointed that we had to wait for our driver instead of being waited on like the listing suggested. The driver was not in the lobby of the airport with our name, instead we had to go outside and wait about 7 minutes.
There was a computer snafu and everyone had to wait and wait. Our driver kept in touch with us as he waited. So grateful!!!!
Our driver Panos was lovely. He helped us navigate the busy airport of Athens, gave us great recommendations on where to visit and even made sure we found our Airbnb. To have him as our first encounter in Greece was wonderful and I am grateful we were in good hands.
Senis was great. Communicated in advance. Monitored flight. Was waiting at airport. Waited while we sorted out a baggage issue. He even helped at the hotel where we had to figure out some entry considerations. As he had some extra time due to an event in Athens preventing afternoon tours he even offered to help us find some lunch options which we would have taken him up on had we still not been on travel hours. Car was clean and comfortable. Service worked as advertised.

Gus was great at communicating before our arrival and walking us through the airport to the meeting spot. We had great conversation to the hotel about Athens and many things to see here.
The pickup from the airport was wonderful. Elton messaged not long after our plane landed and kept in contact with us until we were outside and ready to be picked up. He told us all about the acropolis and Greek history on the way to our hotel. Highly recommend!
Response from Host, Jun 2026
