Walking food tour of Athens - YUM
We met our guide at the meeting point. He was named Nasos and very friendly. Throughout the tour he was genuinely excited to show us all his favourite places to eat. I was so glad I did not eat before the tour - there was a LOT of food. So much we took leftovers! Everything was fantastic, and it was such a great way to experience many different foods that Greeks have to offer. Even if we didn’t like something, our guide was very understanding and simply happy we tried it. Nasos had so much to share with us and was very open to questions and conversation. By the end of the tour it felt like he was a friend. Would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to try a variety of Greek foods in a safe environment. Just make sure you come to the tour hungry! 🙂

Delphi
The time traveling to and from passed pretty quickly on the bus. (about 3 hours total). The site itself was very interesting, lots of interesting artifacts in the museum. The included lunch was nice with four choices for the main course. The village of Arachova was cute, but not very many shops open which was surprising for the summer month.

Miller family to Greece 2026
Amazing day, educational as well as very entertaining. Athens is everything and more. Mind blowing construction that we don't see these days. Leaving us all wonder how they did it? We let Jimmy (guide) take the lead and he did just that without waisting any of our time together. We will be back and we will be asking for him again, next time as friends. Better English than most Americans speak and a class act guy. He advised us on our restaurants ,our shopping and our return trip. We highly recommend this trip to anyone considering the Greece experience.

Amazing day with Nasos!
We had an unforgettable day on our tour! Nasos was the absolute best guide. So knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, and flexible with a true love and appreciation for Greek history, culture, food, etc. We ended up extending our full day tour and Nasos took us to the Temple of Poseidon at sunset. Unforgettable!

Our tour guide was...
Our tour guide was Anastasia. It was a very good tour that gave enough time to learn a lot at both the Acropolis and the museum. The tour guide did a wonderful job keeping everyone together in very crowded areas and the audio system made it even better.

Athens full day tour with lunch
Full day with some tours on your own with pick up. The tours are all paid except the museum tour at the end. Lunch is provided and is great!!!! Panos does a great job. The vehicle ( the one we had) was a clean, sleek Mercedes sprinter and the driver navigated the roadways well. We always had plenty of water available as we went during the summer and it was hot. It’s a great tour and highly recommend

Our guide Panos was...
Our guide Panos was absolutely wonderful. He picked the 4 of us up at our hotel in a private car at 8am. Our first stop was the Acropolis where he had pre purchased our tickets and we had time to explore on our own. Later we saw different areas of the city which included stops to see the changing of the guard, walk through the botanical gardens, drove to the highest point in Athens for spectacular views and photos of the city, and saw the Olympic stadium, all the while Panos shared interesting historical facts. Panos was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Instead of dropping us back at the hotel, we asked if he could recommend a good restaurant for lunch and drop us there instead. . The restaurant was delicious. The tour and our guide Panos were both a 10/10.

Great experience! our...
Great experience! our guide Litia was personable, making us each feel welcome and comfortable. She was knowledgeable and gave us the information as if she was telling a story. She also took the time to take a personal picture of each party in her group.

Extraordinary!
Maria was wonderful. Her stories of growing up the area were entertaining and insightful. The lunch was wonderful and was dinner. The 3 monasteries we toured were so beautiful and the views were stunning. I would highly recommend putting this tour at the top of your list if you plan to visit Athens.

The tour was excellent...
The tour was excellent and Maria was very informative. Everything was very smooth and timely and the pick up and drop off at our hotel was very convenient. The stop at the beach area was longer than necessary for us but overall it was an amazing experience

Magnificent, but understand the challenges!
This was the 3rd time in our lives we visited this site, our first with a guided tour. Clients should understand that unless you are hardy, well hydrated and have the agility and sure-footedness of a mountain goat, the climb is hard - even in the comparative cool of early morning! There are virtually NO handrails, paths are unpaved, narrow, and often strewn with loose stones and potholes. The crowds are far greater than our past experiences, and can be claustrophobic on stairways and confined areas. Our guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic but the audio equipment provided did a poor job of conveying that, both indoors and out. Despite all those caveats, the site is magnificent and the new Museum is exceptionally well done. The Museum is accessible to those less physically able, and I think that would best be done with a private guide. It has enormous windows overlooking the site and offers a very acceptable alternative to the arduous ascent!
