Definitely recommend!

We had a great time with Akram and Tommy! Since we were a party of seven, they coordinated two carts for us and we were picked up at our hotel. This is a great thing to do for a hot day or if walking long distances is an issue. You will see and learn about places you might not get to on your own.. Our guides were very knowledgable super fun! We loved them!

Absolutely amazing experience. Alta, Tiziano and Aurora were so great with our family. They accommodated our food allergies( husband is GF and son is diary allergic). Made him separate Gf pasta and son had plenty of dairy free sorbet flavors to pick from. The experience kept our kids attention. The pizza was fabulous. The flavors of the gelato were so fresh and light . The atmosphere was beautiful with the Tuscan countryside/ Florence in the background. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone.

Excellent Guided Tour

I had an excellent guided tour of the David at the Accademia Museum. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The tour operator was professional, well-organized, and perfectly on time. I would especially like to commend our tour guide, Miss Galya. She gave clear and engaging explanations throughout the tour. Her knowledge of the museum and its artworks was impressive, and she spoke excellent English with confidence and clarity. She provided detailed descriptions and fascinating historical background, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Florence.

We had an amazing experience from beginning to end. The guys checking you in were great. We didn’t wait long to get our audio sets. Our tour guide Galya was so personable, funny and so informative. You can feel the passion she had not only for being a tour guide but her love of the David. It came through in everything she told us leading up to seeing him to when we actually saw him. She even took our phone to take specific pictures of him. The audio was perfect which was a concern due to a previous tour in the uffizi but she made sure everything worked before we entered the gallery. We would recommend this tour 1000%. Grazi Galya!!

Our Best of Florence: Small Group Tour – Skip the Line David & Accademia with Duomo was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy, and our guide, Elenora, made the experience exceptional. Elenora was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about Florence’s history, art, and architecture. She brought every stop to life with fascinating stories and historical insights, especially Michelangelo’s David and the magnificent Duomo. She answered every question with enthusiasm and made everyone in our small group feel welcome. One of my favourite moments was learning about the Medici family crest in the floor of the Duomo and how it marked their financial contribution to its construction. It was details like this that transformed the tour from simply seeing famous landmarks into truly understanding the history behind them. Elenora has a wonderful way of connecting historical facts with memorable stories that stay with you long after the tour is over. The skip-the-line access saved us valuable time, the pace was perfect, and Elenora’s warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm made the entire experience enjoyable. Family friendly fun in Florence

We had so much fun learning to make pasta together. Valentino (Vale) was EXCELLENT. We had our 5, 7, and 9 year olds with us, and he made sure they knew that they could do it too. So patient and friendly with the kids. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we can’t wait to replicate them when we get home. Eating the fruits of our labor at the end was especially rewarding. Absolutely would recommend this experience to anyone looking for something fun and unique to do in Florence.

Kylie Set the Standard for Guided Tours

Our tour with Kylie was, without question, the best guided tour my daughter and I have ever experienced. From the very beginning, it was obvious that Kylie has an incredible depth of knowledge about the history of Florence, its art, and its culture. She guided us through the Uffizi Gallery, the Accademia Gallery to see Michelangelo’s David, and a walking tour of the city, bringing each location to life with fascinating stories and historical context. Her passion for history is contagious, and you can tell she genuinely loves sharing it with others. What made Kylie truly exceptional, though, was her kindness and compassion. I was traveling with my 11-year-old daughter, and because the audio earpiece kept slipping out of her small ears, Kylie made a point to keep her close throughout the tour. She took extra time to make sure my daughter could hear everything and even gave her a more personal explanation when needed so she never felt left out. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much to me as a parent. The weather in Italy was extremely hot during our visit, and Kylie was equally attentive to everyone in the group, encouraging breaks for water whenever needed and making sure everyone was comfortable throughout the day. During those breaks, she also took the time to get to know my daughter and me personally, asking about our travels and making us feel like more than just another group of tourists. That genuine interest made the experience feel incredibly personal. Kylie has the rare ability to combine remarkable historical knowledge with warmth, empathy, and a true passion for people. She didn’t just teach us about Florence—she made us feel connected to it. If you’re fortunate enough to have Kylie as your guide, you’re in for an unforgettable experience. My daughter and I left with a much deeper appreciation for Florence, wonderful memories together, and complete confidence that we’ve experienced the city in the very best way possible.
