The best way to see most of Athens plus provided info about each historical places. Well recommended to first time visitors.
Open top bus but the roof was closed. Hard to look up to see the sites compared to our recent Barcelona experience. The weather was a perfect 26C so no excuse having the roof closed.
Great over view of Athens. Convenient hop on, hop off stops. I liked the number of access points. Staff was very helpful with my sister in a wheelchair.
This made it possible to see all of Athens in one day. It was quite easy to catch connections busses and people monitoring stops were very friendly and helpful.
Nice way to see the city. However there are areas that should be seen that cannot because the buses cant get to them
It gives a good overall idea of the city and some basic history. It was very hot so I advice riders to bring a hat if the top deck is not covered. The downstairs back area smells like diesel fumes, so avoid that.
Earbud system was decent, but bring your own, as i had a few nad ones.
Great routes. Less information on the audio than we have experienced in other foreign cities. A good way to get around town if you know your destination.

We arrived at the designated pickup point in Piraeus and waited for the hop-on hop-off bus as instructed. While we were there, we contacted the operator and checked the live bus tracking, but no bus arrived during the time we waited.
After spending a significant amount of time at the stop, we eventually had to give up and pay for alternate transportation so we could continue our day in Athens. That was frustrating enough, but the most disappointing part came afterward.
We requested a refund through Viator and explained exactly what happened. We provided the details of our experience and the fact that we were at the correct pickup location, yet our refund request was denied. We then asked for the decision to be reviewed again, and the refund was denied a second time.
Greece was beautiful and we enjoyed our time in Athens, but this particular service experience was extremely disappointing. If you book this tour, I strongly recommend checking the live tracking before waiting at a stop and having a backup transportation plan.
We showed up and followed the instructions, but we did not receive the service we expected.

Great chance to see Athens and get commentary on what you’re seeing! Make sure you pay close attention to what you’re buying. If you want more than one line make sure you choose correctly. A 48 hr ticket doesn’t automatically give you all lines, like it has in other countries.

So the bus covers all the sights you need to see and some of the daily life of the Greek citizens. The markets are especially interesting. Just wish the green route to cruise docks ran 1/2 hourly. To ensure you can get back and still not miss anything along the way.

Great way to explore the surrounding areas & historic sites. Be mindful of “last bus” time so you are not left with walking or taxi back to your hotel, the ticket agents at stops are friendly & helpful

This company have alot of buses running, more than the other 2 companies. And alot of them are shaded on the top deck.
Schedule was easy to understand. We went several places. Drivers were very friendly. There was plenty of seating.

The bus schedules are pretty accurate and drivers are knowledgeable & helpful and will often alert you to your requested stop! Great overview of the city on Day 1 and easy to go back on the 2nd day to spend longer anywhere you choose at your leisure! Watch for ‘last bus’ times!

The main issue is the heat of the sun if you sit with an open top .Choose a covered top where you can still sit on the top level
It was unbearably hot and aircon did not seem to work
