Get a taste of Barcelona

Our guide, Alberto, was very kind and knowledgeable about everything we saw along the way. We saw so many historical pieces, architecture, and learned about Spanish history and culture. The air conditioned van was a great break in between the walking, and the food stop had a delicious variety in their menu. I would highly recommend for the amount of Barcelona you get to see in one day.

We had a fantastic experience on the Montserrat and cogwheel train tour, including the winery visit. Luca was an outstanding guide—knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. He made the history and sights come alive while keeping the day relaxed and enjoyable. The tour was very well organized and offered a great mix of scenery, history, and wine. Bring your hiking shoes so you can make the trek to St. James Cross—it’s absolutely worth it! Highly recommend Luca and this tour!

Book this but then make sure that you leave plenty of time after the tour to go back and truly look at the beauty that is this church. Our guide was great and extremely helpful/knowledgable which was a huge plus! The beauty, the thought, the dedication...it truly is indescribable and deserves so much more time than the tour allows.

Awesome tour!

This was a very good tour, we really enjoyed it. Our guide Oriol was very passionate and knowledgeable. He kept the tour interesting while still teaching us so much about the history of Barcelona. He also recommended local places to visit and eat at. We tried one of his suggested restaurants and it was wow!! The only thing to note was that we did not stop for lunch as outlined. We made a stop at Mont Juic where you can purchase a snack/ drink but we did not know this would be our lunch stop. Make sure you eat breakfast, pack a snack or purchase food here. The food was reasonably priced and the sandwiches we’re good.

Do not miss this tour!

Fantastic experience! The Park was beautiful - amazing architecture blended with nature. Sagrada Família is must see experience to be believed. Our guide Olga E was incredible! Very knowledgeable, funny and staged amazing pictures for each group on the tour. She really enhanced our tours. I highly recommend this tour & especially if you can get Olga E as a guide!

The tour was great! We actually had a tour scheduled for 10:30 and were able to go a bit earlier @ 10:00. Our tour guide Anna was very knowledgeable and full of interesting facts she shared with a bit of humor. She was kind and very respectful of our group. Park Guelle is a beautiful place and it had many places to take pictures while also we were able to be in the moment and enjoy the environment! Thank you for such an interesting tour!

A must see!

Família Sagrada is a must do if visiting Barcelona. This iconic church architecture and history will amaze you. The detail, the thought that went into it. Architect Gaudi was a genius. Our tour guide “Anna” was so very knowledgeable about every aspect of the church and history we learned a lot in 90 minutes. She spoke perfect English and was bright and smiling throughout despite the overwhelming heat. We appreciated her enthusiasm!

Great experience using...

Great experience using Julia Travel for our visit to the Sagrada Família. Our guide was very knowledgeable and also was especially great helping us navigate the entrance to the basilica with a stroller. Would definitely recommend, especially if you can’t get tickets from the city website.

Don’t miss the Sagrada “Golden Tour”

We were lucky to book this 4:00 “Golden Tour” at the last minute. We skipped the long lines with our guide who was terrific in explaining the history and key vantage points throughout the Sagrada Família. He seemed as excited about the basilica as we were. One of the highlights of the Golden Tour is the golden lights streaming through the west facing stained glass windows. Don’t miss this tour!
