Short, well organised, well explained . The tiered seating ensures a good view. They demonstrate both blowing glass and making a horse. The glass master was extremely skilled. The place also has toilets (for those booked on the tour). For a quieter vaporetto back go back from one of the stops that isn’t faro. Much quieter and less of a queue to go back via 4.1 or 4.2.

Great demo! My daughter and I really enjoyed seeing the glass horse come to life. After the demo, walking us through the showrooms and giving us the hard sell to buy expensive items was uncomfortable. And the free shipping and 40% discount only applied to high priced items.
Ryan_N, Mar 2026
Demonstration was good and demonstrated how a vase and horse is made. The length was not 40 minutes and only lasted 15-20 min. The rest of the time was walking through the shop un guided where larger pieces were displayed. Had to ask for the credit and discount in the shop that was stated in the ticket.

Unbelievable glass factory tour! Take the time to visit and prepare to be amazed. Beautiful artwork handcrafted!
ANA_B, Jan 2026
This is one of many glass blowing shops. I believe is one of the biggest as you can only enter the 6 rooms of glass art after the tour. The tour is sitting on a bench and seeing a glass blower make a vase and a horse. He makes both in about 10 minutes. But the bigger dissapointment are the women selling in the shop. They are rude and they look at you like yoh sre a thief.
Kate_B, Nov 2025
It was great to see glass blowing in person. The host was really friendly and very informative. The glass blowers were really impressive and the tour of the works after was fascinating.
I would 100% recommend
Joe_D, Oct 2025
They were making components of a chandelier. But, also, made one horse for demonstration . The horse was more entertaining.
Jeff_P, Oct 2025
Good demonstration. Interesting to see the process and workers in action. Discount for purchases provided.

Although a short demonstration (about 20 minutes) we really enjoyed our glass factory tour. It was amazing to watch the master creating several glasses as the process was explained to us. His assistant made an amazing glass horse at the end of the presentation. There was a beautiful museum to walk through at the end, as well as a store. You receive a 20% discount and a 10 euro credit with your ticket!
Alicia_F, Oct 2025
Short and all they did was try and sell us glass. Was not worth the price. Regret spending the money.
Joanna_W, Oct 2025
The staff was very accommodating. The experience was neat. And the showroom is gorgeous. For the price, it seemed like a no brainer.
doloresduffy, Sep 2025
Demonstration was about 15-20 minutes. Rest was 6 rooms of glass blown products for sale.
Under impression demonstration would be more involved and longer

Didn't bother going on this tour as our hotel arranged the same tour with a different factory for FREE! We decided to go with our hotel's organised tour as it also included two private glass-making demonstrations and a free private water taxi to and from Murano - what a delightful experience!

Amazing. Do it. The best experience i loved seeing them blow the glass and then to buy something made there
Kaleb_N, Jul 2025
Glass blowing was really interesting. Guide had no energy and seemed displeased we spoke English. He didn't say much at all and we just watched, would have been nice for him to explain what the glass artist was doing.
Abby_C, May 2025
Really impressive display of artistic talent. You realize why Murano glass is so expensive! One of the shop clerks was so helpful and brought us to the back when we asked questions about the process. Really passionate about their craft.
Marco_I, May 2025
This was definitely a very cool experience- Watching a historical art form be performed right in front you. It was pretty short though (20 mins) and we had to wait 15 minutes past start time to commence. When they tour is done they show you the gallery (gift shop). For the price I wouldn’t complain too much.
Ann_B, May 2025
It was nice but very short , I wish there was more time showcasing of actually making the glass , there were only 2 demonstrations, the guide was nice:)
Leena_P, Apr 2025
The demonstration was wonderful.
The shop is at least 2X times expensive than some of the other nearby showrooms. We hated that they were using car salesman tactics to sell us beautiful artwork. One of the pieces we liked was valued $2K, the salesman offered it to us with shipping and VAT for $900. It just felt wrong to us and so we walked out. While browsing around town, we noticed another shop with similar piece for $400 with shipping and VAT. So look around town, to get a feel for which shops have better deals and then make your purchases.
william_t, Apr 2025
It is an interesting experience but the presentation is in 3 languages and given in a warehouse setting. It is hard to tell which language the presenter is speaking, it is very echoey.
karlaa87, Apr 2025
The demonstration was amazing, but the commentary was in multiple languages. Better if there were multiple tours which spoke just one language so that its easier to understand.
Shannon_S, Feb 2025
We were allowed to schedule the tour, when in fact the factory was not open for a tour - so we made payment without receiving services.
Louise_L, Feb 2025
Amazing to watch the artisans create such beautiful crafts. Truly beautiful to watch. Yes, they do want you to purchase items, but you do get credit for the cost of the tour
Aimee_G, Jan 2025
Very interesting/fun to see glass pieces being made. I thought there could have been more explanation of the history of glass making and the techniques used to make different things.
Derek_M, Jan 2025
It was an amazing demonstration in which two expert glass makers created two objects - a round vase and a horse which at fist appeared to be nothing more than a round glob of molten rock, but after several minutes of heating, reheating, and shaping, the objects were created. There were also colors infused into the final product which was quite extraordinary to see its development. The demonstration itself lasted only 30 minutes and then guests were escorted into a showroom where 4 - 5 rooms of glass objects were displayed and for sale. Some were quite large and intricate. The company offered world wide shipping around the world. The 10 euro admission fee was applied toward a purchase. I would recommend this tour. Since I was staying at a near by hotel, it was a short 10 minute walk to the factory.
Miranda_F, Jan 2025
At first I thought I was lost because I was passing other studios but just keep going and you'll find it inside a small courtyard. Fabulous place and fabulous people! I have previous experience with glass blowing and I loved this experience! And the chance to shop their factory after was amazing! Incredibile pieces!
Estefany_C, Dec 2024
The island is gorgeous to look at and walk around. The glass store offers a variety of items, all beautiful. The demonstration was very interesting, and the showcase was full of amazing sculptures. It was however, shorter than I expected. I planned time around this activity and had plenty of time to explore the surrounding area. Still recommend this activity.
Shivalay_K, Nov 2024
Total demonstration time was 7mins, after which you walk through a long gift shops of created pieces which you have likely seen all of Venice
No free souvenir as described
Learnt nothing, just saw two pieces being made
Response from Host, Nov 2024
Dear client I think you went in the wrong glass factory
We received from you also refund request becouse you did not find us
You suppose to be here at 11 30 and the office called you to give direccions. The phone number you provided was wrong
Robyn_C, Oct 2024
Watching the glass blowers create items was amazing. We saw them create a decent sized horse figurine within minutes! Amazing!
Melkuhn_A, Oct 2024
Nice experience. I would recommend to other people. We got discount too in the shop.
The guide who presented and the guys who showed the glass blowing should pay more attention to tourists and not talked to each other during the presentation. It seems like another working day for them. They were not very enthusiastic.
