Saroush was absolutely amazing - he gave us and our 8 month old an experience of a lifetime. We learned so much on our tour and had no idea there was so much history in Venice. When we left Venice, we kept saying that we wish Saroush could give us a tour in all the other cities. 10/10!!!

Sherry was very knowledgeable about all of the important sites we saw. We asked questions and she answered them all. She very easily navigated the city and gave us tips about other things to do after our tour and gondola ride. When coming back to Venice, I would definitely seek her out as our tour guide again.

Our walking tour guide, Sherry, was amazing. She was very interesting and easy for me to understand. She gave interesting facts and was so genuinely kind. We would recommend her and give her 10 stars if we could. The gondola ride was nice on the location, going understand the Bridge of Sighs and through the back side waterways. However, it would have been nice to have a gondola ride with more personalty and facts to share. Ours was Tommy, and he just didnt talk or share any facts as we floated. Some of the gondola guides did though because we could hear them when we passed. He was super nice though and it was a beautiful ride.

Soroush was very knowledgeable of the history of Venice. He was very friendly and flexible and went above and beyond to show us a church that had been closed earlier in the tour.

We were fortunate to have had a private tour of Venezia with Majid. We only stayed one night in Venezia so this was perfect! He took us to some hidden little gems as well as main attractions. Tony was a wonderful host. This is our first time in Venice, and this is certainly one of the highlights of our trip. I especially appreciate his attention to detail and the personalized care he was able to show us. Venice is a beautiful city, and I think we were able to gain a deeper appreciation and understanding thanks to Tony’s guidance. The tour ended with a peaceful, relaxing gondola ride, which is something that we were both looking forward to. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who is visiting Venice.

I am requesting a full refund. The operator showed up with a friend who was not knowledgeable, and none of the admission tickets are included. The description of each location says “admission ticket free”. They do not have these tickets in advance; they attempted to purchase at the first stop. Major attractions were sold out. I was traveling with two young girls and based on the first stop within five minutes, it seemed unorganized and was very uncomfortable.
