So interesting! Started boat journey with rain, clouds. Turned into beautiful day! Cecilia was a joy! She is great at her job! Very warm and approachable- very genuine. She "managed" the group smoothly and with gravitas. Murano: loved the demonstration! Couldn't afford anything but appreciated the artistry. Burano: lace demonstration- interesting! Burano was charming (& Cecilia guided us toward amazing gelato!). Sunny and warm (& dry) for Burano- lovely. Was very happy with the trip! Kudos to Captain Mario (? think that was his name) for excellent steerage of the Casanova!

This was a truly customized and personalized experience walking the streets of Venice. Our guice Eloi was enthusiastic, personable, and filled with anything Venice. He did his homework, asking the day before, what we wanted the tour to cover and he covered it. We asked for restaurant recommendations, he provided three, we went to all three and loved them. He made some great suggestions on special artwork installations to attend. This tour was unique. If we had asked him to take us to all of the classic tourist sites he was prepared to do so but we didn't want that type of tour. Eloi and this walking tour expreience is hightly recommended. Go as early in the morning as you can to avoid the crowds.

We had a lovely tour of Venice with Sneh (Wayne). We saw a part of Venice that most tourists never visit. We learned so much about the history of the city. As Venice turns into a Disneyland type experience, it was a treat to have Wayne show us the backstreets and alleyways of the Venice he loves.
