What are people saying about Venice

Tour guide was excellent
Our guide Emma gave us so much valuable and fascinating information as we set off towards the island of Murano, and she continued to do this throughout the entire tour. We saw glass blowing and had time to browse after this. The next stop was the island of Burano, lunch option was a smart choice, getting to taste the equivalent of local tapas and a most excellent glass of Prosecco! As this tour came to a close, Emma recommended next the Doge’s Palace, a place of sumptuous beauty. Emma is really knowledgeable, we are very lucky to have her as our guide. Highly recommended.

Private night tour 100% worth it!
Romy was our private tour guide, she was absolutely fantastic. She was a wealth of knowledge and able to provide so much history. If you are looking for an experience that is well paced, no crowds and provides history the private night tour is 100% worth it!

Beautiful scenery and BEST people!!!
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful vineyard! Our driver Paolo was so pleasant and knowledgeable! He even had a list of recommended places to eat and things to do while in Venice that he typed out for us, and he was born and raised here! He explained many things to us about the wine in this area. Then there was Claudia! She works at the vineyard and so bubbly and jolly!!! She too is very knowledgeable and such a joy to be around! We learned so many interesting facts in such a beautiful place! Highly recommend this tour for a halfday activity!!!

We enjoyed our experience...
We enjoyed our experience with our tour guide! Make sure to check dress codes for St. Marks and also know that your back needs to be covered in addition to your shoulders. Pack a water bottle and possibly a portable fan if traveling during warm weather and wear comfortable sneakers for climbing stairs. You need to be physically fit to climb up and downs lots of small narrow stairwells in Doge's Palace.

Marina was a fantastic...
Marina was a fantastic guide. She was personable with each family member and answered all our questions. The tour way perfect way to begin our time in Venice! Maria was very responsive ahead of the tour. After the tour she sent pictures of our family and recommendations of other restaurants we would enjoy. Highly recommend.

Antonia is your guy
We had a wonderful experience with Antonio our Venice tour guide. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the city's history and culture. The tour was well-paced, full of fascinating stories, and included hidden gems we would never have found on our own. He answered all of our questions with patience and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Venice!

Wonderful Family Adventure
We had an amazing tour with Tommaso! We are a family of 4, including 10 year old twin girls, from Houston, Texas USA. Tommaso picked us up at our Airbnb and walked us to a private water taxi where we headed to Murano to see the glass blowing demonstration. There, he handed us off to Diego who explained the process to us as we watched a master artisan make a bowl and a horse. It was amazing to see this process in action! Then, Diego accompanied us while we visited the showroom displaying the pieces made by different artists. Of course the sales people want to sell, but we felt no pressure to buy anything. We decided to buy a piece of handmade Venetian glass as a souvenir upstairs and our kids picked out two small items from the small store on the first floor. If you want to buy real Venetian glass, this is the place to do so as all of what you see in Venice is cheap mass produced glass.
From there, we met Tommaso again who took us to another private water taxi to take us to Burano. On this island, Tomasso accompanied us and gave us a tour of the local areas and explained the culture. We learned and saw so much more than we ever could have on our own. We walked around town and stopped for a snack before going to a lace shop where we saw a demonstration of the lace making process and again had the opportunity to buy some lace, but it is not mandatory. After that, Tommaso took us back to our third and final private water taxi which took us back to Venice.
This was a great day with a great guide and a great tour company! This company employs only locals for their tours, so their enthusiasm and dedication is evident. We highly recommend this tour for the quality, ease, and convenience, especially with children. Grazie!

Enjoyable Food Tour
Food was excellent. It was great to see a different neighborhood other than the main district. History of Venice and neighborhood was great. Vanessa was excellent and enjoyable company. Given that it was just our family she adapted our interests and food tastes along the way.

Delicious way to see Venice
We had so much fun on the Venice food tour with Cecilia! We learned so much about the specialty foods and drinks of Venice and the origins behind them, which made the experience even more interesting. We actually ended up being the only ones on the tour, and Cecilia never made us feel rushed for a second. It was such a great way to see the city and experience Venice beyond just the typical tourist spots.
Cecilia made the whole tour fun, interesting, and absolutely delicious with all of her choices. Highly recommend!

A very enjoyable walking food & wine tour!
We had a very enjoyable small group walking food and wine tour. We are vegetarian so this added a wrinkle to the typical appetizers which are fish and meat based, but our guide expertly navigated veggie options for us. The prosecco, wines, and sweet wine were all amazing. We would definitely recommend this tour! Grazie!

Going back in time.
Our guide Vanessa transformed our experience with not only local tastes and smells, but took us back in time and painted a better understanding of how life was experienced by Venecians, but most importantly, how the Jewish community lived. Her love and passion for history is transformed into a colourful painting and creates a mindful reality of the past. I would suggest an empty stomach on arrival, as we consume various dishes right up to the end of the tour. The only mistake made, was doing the tour on the first day, as I now see Venice in a very different way. Venice, you are a true beauty who has stood the test of time.

Great tour because of a great tour guide
It started off a little unexpected. It was because there was a strike and our original tour guide could not make it today. I do not know how my original tour guide would have been but their replacement was excellent. We basically spent the day with him and he was absolutely terrific. We enjoyed the tour, he was funny, and very knowledgeable.
