Fantastic. Greeted by tour guide at hotel on time and enthusiastic. Knowledgeable tour of the grand canal and please ride to Murano. The glass factory tour was above and beyond our expectations. Knowledgeable and experienced more than demonstration it was actual work. Plenty of flexibility on time to shop ending with a Prosecco. Christina our guide was excellent.

Tour guide was excellent

Our guide Emma gave us so much valuable and fascinating information as we set off towards the island of Murano, and she continued to do this throughout the entire tour. We saw glass blowing and had time to browse after this. The next stop was the island of Burano, lunch option was a smart choice, getting to taste the equivalent of local tapas and a most excellent glass of Prosecco! As this tour came to a close, Emma recommended next the Doge’s Palace, a place of sumptuous beauty. Emma is really knowledgeable, we are very lucky to have her as our guide. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing private tour to the Murano glass factory! Their private taxi took us to the island and our guide was absolutely amazing!! I am literally trying to remember her name but her nieces name is Emma and her brother lives in London. We had the best conversations about family and her life in Venice. She was wonderful!! I would suggest her to give you a tour anywhere on the island. 10/10 The Murano glass factory was amazing and not anything like I thought it would be. So beautiful and so much beautiful art! They were so nice and helpful and the glass blowing was incredible! 10/10

Sebastian the super star!!

The boat trip around the canals of Venice was spectacular! We got to see all of Venice around the Grand Canals. Our guide, Sebastian was so full of knowledge and was very kind and welcoming. We loved the experience and felt so bad not having any cash to leave a tip. Perhaps worthwhile putting on website so future travellers know:)

Sunset Cruise is a must during the most beautiful time of day

You must do this at sunset! You'll get up-close views from the "lagoon side" that you wouldn't normally see. Plus, you'll get daylight, the golden hour, and night views! They served a couple of hors d'oeuvres as well as some fun drinks. The boat was slow and comfortable, so you can leave your nerves back on the dock and enjoy the ride.

Absolutely amazing! A must do!

Nico was an amazing guide! We had such a wonderful time learning about Venetian history and taking in the scenery. The boat was beautiful and brand new, and the whole experience was amazing! To end it off, Nico took a map and marked up all out his favorite places for us to try! We are only here for a few days on our honeymoon, so this was so helpful for us to maximize our time here! Great girls’ day

My 15 year old daughter and I enjoyed this experience walking around and learning about the local unique art forms of glass blowing and lace making. Giorgia was a wonderful guide and even suffered patiently while I practiced a little Italian 🤣. The private boat transfers were a welcome relaxed treat that enhanced the experience.

The host was fantastic! She really Cared about the experience!

The host and captain arrived on time with the boat. They were very friendly and accommodating. The host was extremely knowledgeable and we learned a lot about Venice from her. More than I ever knew. The glass blowing experience was very cool to learn and watch but felt like one of the biggest tourist traps i've ever stepped foot in. There was this enormous pressure to buy glass products. Like overwhelming. The stuff is cool to look at but not my personal style nor did I have any interest in any way to buy glass while traveling with children.. lol.. read the room bro.. lol. after an awesome lesson you are led thru a gallery and almost expected to buy extremely over priced glass pieces. I'm a pretty confident and straightforward person and don't really fall prey to peer pressure by any means but I could see how it would feel very uncomfortable to someone who wasn't strong willed. You could have told me that your mom was dying and you needed to sell me fancy over priced glass and I would have said "i'm so sorry to hear, i hope all works out" and still would have walked out without buying glass.. But that's just me. PS i never ever purchase from stores that the sales people or staff don't make eye contact with me. If you want a reasonably priced way to see how glass is made and a small tour of venice, this is a cool one. But know you will almost be expected to buy expensive glass pieces. The cherry ontop was as we were leaving and saying thank you, the man tells us " it's so strange, usually people from the US like to buy the glass" i left feeling like ok, next stop please... anything more would have felt like begging to me.. after the glass experience the host and boat captain took us on a little tour and even walked around venice with us. She was so kind. She made it a very good experience for us.

Emiliano provided a wonderful Enchanted Islands tour, and it was the perfect way to see them all on our first trip to Venice! Communication was fantastic and the meeting point was easy to find. On Murano, we enjoyed a special glass blowing experience at the Original Murano Glass factory, set up especially by our guide. It rained on Burano, and Emiliano was fully prepared for us with umbrellas, jackets and blankets. Highly recommend this tour and the wonderful Emiliano to all!
