This was a good tour to do for our first visit to Rome , our guide navigated the crowds got us to where we needed to be and kept us in the shade as much as possible, pointed out hydration stops and reminded us how important it is to keep hydrated in the heat. Only confusing part was the meeting spot and the colours to look out for was different to all the messages sent. We were told they had re branded, just need to update that information going to customers to avoid confusion.

Marius is, without a doubt, the best tour guide we have ever had the opportunity to experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire day. He made sure everyone was informed about the details and timing, and he went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was having a wonderful experience. Even while we were on the bus, Marius continued to check on everyone, making sure we had water, were comfortable, and were enjoying ourselves. We had the BEST time with our fantastic guide and group. We had some difficulties getting to the meeting spot on time but I was able to communicate with the tour operator and we were warmly greeted, even though we felt bad for being late. Our tour guide was easy going, knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to share information. He was courteous and professional. I couldn’t say enough good things about this tour, and encourage all tourists to book this as their first tour. It helps get your oriented and our guide shared great tips to use for the rest of our vacation. He even showed us how to get back to our AirbNb once the tour was over. As for the food, we enjoyed an appetizer, pork sandwich, pizza and gelato. There was a Perfect amount of walking in between courses, and it was easy to listen and walk through thr streets without worrying about where to go, which direction to take etc. plus you get to learn history and take mini detours to see local spots that otherwise you’d miss.

Great tour for its value

Joseph our guide was very nice, had great English, and was funny, it was a hot hot day so he kept us as much as he could in the shade and at a good pace not too fast not too slow, took time to let is take pictures at every site. We had a lady that struggled in our tour because she had trouble walking and I just don’t understand why she will come in a WALKING tour that takes 2 hours but he was still patient and waited for everyone. You don’t get to go inside the places (pantheon, Trevi fountain, etc) except the church it’s a sightseeing tour if you want to go inside this places you need to come another day or perhaps stay after the tour and go on your own. Overall really great tour, great value for what you get, we were very happy and satisfied with it

Claudia was a wonderful guide. Full of fun personality and very knowledgeable. We loved the way she engaged the group with questions and answers about the history of the sites. She kept a good pace even for the slowest in the group. Would highly recommend. One caveat; make sure you are in good physical shape for this tour.

Fantastic!!

This tour was fantastic and absolutely worth every penny! Our guide was incredible—she knew the Vatican’s history inside and out and navigated us through the massive crowds with total ease. The museums can feel overwhelming, but she made the experience so much better by pointing out the must‑see highlights so we didn’t spend the whole day wandering aimlessly. It made the visit feel curated, engaging, and genuinely fun. I’m still not sure the extra cost for the guided portion of St. Peter’s Basilica is necessary—you can definitely explore that part on your own if you want to save a little—but the main tour itself was outstanding. The meeting point was a bit out of the way, but still easy to find, and with the huge crowds it made perfect sense to gather there and walk over as a group. Overall, a wonderful experience that I’d happily recommend!

Fabio is the Best!!!!!

Absolutely wow! The sites were incredible, the 5pm timing was smart to avoid the summer heat, and the gelato was delicious. But I need to talk about our guide Fabio. He was absolutely spectacular. He was EXTREMELY informative but balanced the education with an extensive amount of humor. This man knew everything about everything from the name of the water spouts to the precise date of literally everything. We even learned about the drama between famous sculptors! You think you’re going to learn something? Get ready. You will learn so much more than you ever thought about Rome. Fabio took such great care of us and with all that I learned, I feel like an expert on Rome. One Step Back...Two steps forward.

We were not able to use this particular experience. The Colosseum closed at that time. We were booked with a group called Carpe Diem with a small group. Our tour guide (Sushi) was AMAZING. She was informative and charming and we felt like we got all the best information. We were able to avoid lines and large crowds and we enjoyed every minute.

Amazing experience with tour guide Tina

My husband and I have done many food tours around the world and this was one of the very best. Tina was an absolute delight. She was so funny, kind and knowledgeable. Everything we ate was delicious and we left feeling more than satiated. The trip to the enoteca was particularly wonderful and special. I can’t recommend this enough.
