Beautiful, Romantic & Such a Great Value!
We booked this sunset cruise in Lisbon during our honeymoon, and it was the perfect way to kick off our very first night! Watching the sun set over Lisbon from the water was absolutely beautiful and made for such a romantic experience.
We were served a glass of wine along with a small charcuterie board, which was such a nice touch. There were only a handful of couples on the boat—probably no more than 20 people total—which made the experience feel intimate and relaxed rather than crowded or touristy.
The cruise was also incredibly affordable considering how long you’re on the boat and everything that’s included. We honestly felt like we got an amazing experience for the price. If you’re visiting Lisbon, especially as a couple or for a special occasion, I would absolutely recommend this cruise. It was a wonderful start to our honeymoon and a memory we’ll always cherish!

Pastel de Nata Cooking class
Excellent morning spent learning how to make Pastel de Nata at Bakery Nat'elier.
Incredibly foolproof - the Pastel de Nata we made were delicious! We made 3 each and could eat them hot or take them with us (in a box). We chose to eat one warm and enjoyed the other 2 with a coffee later that day - and they were still incredible!
It was a fun activity that we would highly recommend......

Well Worth Doing
Great day exploring Pena Palace with Jose. The palace is amazing as was the walk up through the gardens leading to the palace. Jose certainly made the trip with his excellent knowledge of Portugues history, and he was a lot of fun. Although very crowded, Jose was able to navigate our small group around the palace easily and helped with photos. He obviously enjoys what he does. This trip is certainly worth doing.

Douro Valley Tour
What an incredible day! This was easily one of the highlights of my trip to Portugal, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Porto.
A special thank you to our guide, **Filipe**, who was funny, friendly, and made the entire journey so enjoyable. He shared interesting stories throughout the day, kept everyone entertained, and was always happy to take photos for us, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The Douro Valley itself is absolutely stunning. The winery visits were beautiful and gave us a great introduction to the region’s famous wines, but my favorite part was the **boat tour**. Cruising along the Douro River while surrounded by rolling vineyards and peaceful hills was incredibly relaxing. The views were breathtaking, and it was one of those moments where you just want to put your phone down and take it all in.
Everything was well organized, the transportation was comfortable, and the itinerary struck a great balance between sightseeing and relaxation and a very nice traditional Portuguese meal. It was a memorable experience from beginning to end, and Filipe’s energy made it even better. I would happily book this tour again. ☺️

Thiago was an excellent tour guide! He was attentive, knowledgeable, and did a great job keeping the day organized. He shared interesting information at each stop, answered all of our questions, and was happy to offer recommendations along the way. The tour was well paced and never felt rushed. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this tour, especially with Thiago as your guide!

Great tour if you have limited time in Porto.
I did this tour with my Goddaughter the day before our cruise from Lisbon. We both enjoyed the selections. If you don't know a lot about ports, this tour will help your understanding and allow you to sample may varieties. You can learn your favorites, and have the opportunity to purchase, if you desire.

A fun evening and a delicious meal
Renata was a great instructor and chef. She explained our cooking process and got everyone involved. We made several dishes including peri peri chicken, Bacalhau, caldo verde soup and many side dishes. Dessert was amazing as well. Our class chatted with each other while we cooked which made for a fun evening.

Helena did a great job on our tour! We are a family with a 2 year old and she accommodated our wiggly little one well. We appreciated learning about a lot of Lisbon’s history as well as trying some excellent dishes. I’m already planning to go back for another Bifana

Great for expert chefs and beginners!
This class was great! We are relatively experienced with cooking, but this class was perfect because while some people got the general “learn to cook” explanations, we still felt like it was a great class because we learned all about Portuguese-specific cooking and definitely came home with recipes we will be repeating. You definitely won’t leave this class hungry, plenty of food was made and all of it was delicious!

Informative and fun, we...
Informative and fun, we loved this hands-on, two-hour cooking experience where we learned about both the history and step by step technique in making not only Pastel de Nata, but also Farofias. Everything was so well thought out and paced, and the desserts were absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed the clean and bright cooking school environment. Great facility and small group setting. Anna and Marta were wonderful, expert instructors. Again, pace of class was perfect for mixed ages (our group included ages 11 and 15). Fun to sit for a few minutes and enjoy eating our desserts at the very end!

Minnesota home cooks
It was lovely! Directions to get in were a little difficult to understand but we got in on time. Jorge was fantastic. English was excellent. We four guests were all home cooks and learned something. The conversation and the wine went along with a wonderful meal. Our 3 hour event stretched on for 4 and a half hours and that was a GOOD thing. We would wholeheartedly recommend Jorge and already have when we were on a boat and wine tour the next day.
