We truly enjoyed our tour of Tavira — it’s such a beautiful city! Our guide had a wonderful sense of humor and shared unique insights and local stories that we never would have discovered on our own. The tapas and wine portion of the tour at Ti Maria was absolutely exceptional — delicious food, great atmosphere, and the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Tavira!

Carlos was our driver for the day. He was very knowledgeable, conscientious and personable. We had an absolutely amazing time in Silves for a short tour and then on to the winery. He didn’t rush us at all. The wine was amazing and a beautiful place to spend time relaxing and enjoying the wine and scenery. Highly recommend this tour!!
Filipe our driver and guide was excellent very informative and lots of fun he told us some very interesting facts about Algarve/Portugal. The winery was lovely and the tour guides also very nice Felipe did part of the tour at the winery also. Enjoyed sampling the wines along with some lovely tapas. We met some lovely prople from Canada and Sweden. Would highly recommend this your tour. Allyson & David from Scotland
Tour guide was super friendly and knowledgeable. He grew up in the area and knows all the locals. Knows his audience and catered to our group of 6 women, taking our photos and playing our favorite music in van. Great afternoon to see more of the beautiful countryside in Algarve. Wine selection was also fabulous!
It was a really good trip. Nice drive to Silves, short stop long enough for a trip inside the castle or a quick drink, knowledgeable driver who chatted all the way with interesting facts about the area. Then the winery trip was informative but not too longwinded. The tapas and tasting were nice and time for a proper glass of your favourite before home. Well worth it!
We absolutely loved our winery tour with João. The group size was manageable, the van comfortable, and João was so fun and knowledgeable about the area and wine making and cork production. It was a really lovely way to spend the day! I would highly recommend this tour!
Filip was an amazing driver and guide — genuinely one of the best parts of the trip! He made the whole day easy and fun. We visited the red castle in Silves, Algarve, and it was fantastic — such a cool piece of history. Right next door there's a little shop selling great port wine, so we grabbed a bottle to take home. Then it was off to a vineyard tour, which was awesome too — the wines were excellent and we ended up buying a few bottles for the road. Overall, a really well-organized and fun day out!
Had a great time, super trip our driver Filipe was very knowlegeable and really made the tour, there was 6 of us and we all got on really well, Filipe picked us up from our hotel was on time no waiting around, the wine tasting was good, and to be honest if you wanted to buy any of the wines they were very reasonable priced too, whilst tasting the wines you were given nibbles which were local produce which was ideal
Our guide was amazing. We misunderstood our pick up location at hotel and our guide was understanding and accommodating. His experience and knowledge of our sitings was top notch! So much fun, wine was delicious.
A pleasant afternoon experience. João taught us a lot about wine, wine bottling and corks.

Filipe was the best tour guide! He was communicative and prompt in picking us up from our specified location. He had lots of in-depth knowledge regarding the areas, cork harvesting process, and winery. Filipe was very thorough in answering our questions and very funny too! The tour itself was four hours and each stop felt like part of a whole journey. My group walked away feeling like we learned a lot from the tour. Overall, this tour was very well done and the wine tasting and tapas at the end were a hit. Thank you, Filipe for a great trip!
Carlos was amazing. He was very informative about the region and shared his knowledge of the trees and fruits of Albufiera. The winery was amazing and the place and area worth to see. Best orange juice ever.
Carlos took us on a half day wine tour giving us many facts and
telling us stories along the way. He was so knowledgeable and personable and he made it such a fun experience or all of us.
It was truly a terrific afternoon!

We attended the winery tour. Filipe was our tour guide and is sensational, so informative, funny and friendly. The winery itself was exceptional but o do feel we could have got a little bit more for the money.
Great afternoon. Joao was really knowledgeable and entertaining. The wine tasting was a fab experience. Well worth the money. Seeing the storks was an added bonus.

We really enjoyed the tour of the winery and the wine! Carlos was very knowledgeable and friendly, and didn't rush us through. We met some lovely people from Germany, Holland and Ireland - a nice small group for the tour. I would have given the tour a 5 star rating except I wasn't sure why we stopped in Silves on the way to the winery. I had read that we would have a guided tour through Silves but we were dropped off at the castle and left on our own for 30 minutes.
Turns out we were the only couple on the tour. So our guide, Paoa, who was extremely knowledgeable, gave us his individual attention. We both greatly enjoyed the afternoon. Castle in Silves was fun to explore. Spent a fair amount of time there. The old church in front of the castle was good too. Best parts of the day were his explanation of the process of harvesting cork and of course the wine tour. Because it was a smaller winery you got to see the entire production. We ended up buying 6 bottles to take back to the condo. Just a most enjoyable tour.

The drive was very informative and communication was spot on. The wine tour was lovely. So much to learn about wine making / bottling if wine and cork tops .

This wine tour and visit to Silves was honestly one of the best days of our trip to Albufeira! It was a small group, which made it feel really personal and relaxed — everyone got along so well, and the company made it even more enjoyable. By the end of the tour it felt like we’d all known each other for ages.
Our guide, João, was amazing, super knowledgeable, funny, and full of great stories about the area, the wines, and local life. You can tell he really loves what he does, and that energy made the whole day even better.
The winery was beautiful, the wine tasting was spot on, and Silves is such a lovely little town to explore full of history and charm.
If you’re in Albufeira and want a relaxed day with great wine, great company, and a fantastic guide, definitely book this tour
Great experience with excellent crew. We really appreciated the authentic hospitality from the guides, with good conversations about wine, Portuguese history and more. Other customers have nothing to worry about, even with kids and infants. They provided car seats and baby sitting while the parents could relax on the tour. Totally recommended!

My husband I had a wonderful day with our guide Carlos who was incredibly friendly, generous and kind. He was very informative and gave us an amazing guided tour through Silves, stopping to show us cork trees and explain local scenery, vegetation and a glimpse into the Algarvian local life. Our winery was stunning with 4 delicious glasses with a small pairing of cheese and meats. Thank you very much to Carlos for making our experience one we will never forget from our time in the Algarve!
We had an excellent trip out. Joao was very professional and knowledgeable and was very accommodating when we were delayed in the Silves cafe. The tour of the winery was very informative. Staff were friendly and explained about each wine. Charcuterie board was very tasty and nicely displayed. All in all a lovely experience.
The tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Felipe took the time to answer our questions regarding the "cork" tree and the many different types of wines.
