It was lovely! Directions to get in were a little difficult to understand but we got in on time. Jorge was fantastic. English was excellent. We four guests were all home cooks and learned something. The conversation and the wine went along with a wonderful meal. Our 3 hour event stretched on for 4 and a half hours and that was a GOOD thing. We would wholeheartedly recommend Jorge and already have when we were on a boat and wine tour the next day.

We took a two hour Tuk Tuk excursion through the city during our seven hour layover in Lisbon. We arrived a little bit early and the company was very flexible and allowed us to start half hour earlier. We had a great time taking in the views on the seven hills of Lisbon. Would highly recommend!

This was an exceptionally well-organized food tour. Ana is a highly knowledgeable and kind guide who offered us much more than just information about food. We learned about Madeira's history and received thoughtful answers to all our questions. We highly recommend a tour with Ana.

Merritt was an excellent, friendly guide with superb local knowledge. She took us to places that felt very authentic and not touristy. Excellent explanation of the food and food history was provided. We all enjoyed the experience thoroughly, especially the 10 year old

Philipa was a delight and very knowledgeable. The cooking experience was authenticly frenetic and a lot of fun! We learned some history, some culture and of course, gastronomy. We really enjoyed the company of our classmates who were mostly from the US and Canada. Highly recommended!

Was a fun time! We had nina and marta ! You get to learn the history behind the dishes while also getting to taste your tasty hard work after. Some of the class came late but they were able to still get the rest of us on time. Came solo and left with many friends!

Highly recommend this experience to all travelers to Porto. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. The market tour was both educational and fun. The cooking class afterwards was set in a beautiful kitchen near the River. We had a great time and all of the food was so good!

Organised for a group of over 20+ guys, and because of our group size, they provided us with a private guide who was incredibly friendly and helpful. The first bar was pretty quiet, but it had karaoke, which was perfect to get everyone in the party mood. The second spot was also quiet, but since it was an open bar, we could grab drinks without waiting, definitely a bonus. By the time we hit the third bar, the atmosphere really picked up and it was a great vibe. The best part was, as a big group of guys we had trouble getting into clubs the night before, even when we split up we’d still get turned away. With this tour, we had zero issues getting in anywhere, and the cost of the whole experience was basically the same as a standard club entry fee. Total win.
