A Good Trip of the city

The tour is a little expensive given that it's for 2 hours only with no time to explore and no entrance fees included. But if you want to tour Porto traveling in it's alleys and little traveled paths then it's worth the money. We couldn't have navigated the steep streets all by ourselves. Our guide Mahmoud was informative without being too talkative. He dropped us off near our hotel.

The walk was good and the knowledgeable of our tour guide was great. We were told so much about the history and saw many things we wouldn't have been able to do on our own. We had a wonderful tour with Anna. Born and raised in the Porto/Vila Nova de Gaia area, she provided us with historical and cultural details that at each stop that we would not have learned without her. She kept up a great conversation throughout the tour, and she has a great sense of humor. Taking a tuk tuk is the best way to cover a lot of ground quickly in a new city. They are also very capable of navigating the congested streets of the city center. The next day, we visited multiple locations that Anna introduced to us on our tour, for a more in depth experience. I highly recommend this tour and our guide.

This was so much fun. Our guide was very friendly and funny. He had so much knowledge to share about Port, Porto and Gaia. The tour had some younger folks and older folks but everyone had a great time together. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone, but have a bite to eat beforehand as the wine can leave you a bit wobbly after ;)
