Joia (sp?) was a wonderful guide. Truly a local. He shared so much information about his city, the food, and of course the port! Plenty of food so come hungry!

This was an incredible experience. Touring Porto and eating some delicious food. This was made possible by our guide Joao. Joao was so knowledgeable and made our experience so comfortable and awesome! From the beginning he made sure everyone in the group knew one another. So it was just great to meet and share a meal with people from all over the world. Joao did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him and this tour

We really enjoyed this food tour. It was a good mixture of history, food and (a lot!) of wine. We visited the Porto market where we had lovely charcuterie, cheese and fish, restaurants for traditional favourites and a pastry shop. João was a wonderful guide, very passionate and fun. It’s up there as one of our favourite food tours we have done.

It’s fun, informative and delicious. You do have to walk up and down a bit and stand for the tastings in the market but it is not too arduous.

We had a fantastic tour with Granado, who was clearly very knowledgeable about the Porto food scene and was very well connected in the area. He was also a magician and very entertaining with the kids! The food tour had all the stops one would hope for in Porto. I would highly recommend this tour.

Thiago was our guide and he was very knowledgeable and personable. He was attentive to all 6 of us and provided information about not only what we were doing or eating but also about the areas that we walked thru. The guides were very accommodating as I originally booked for 18 June but wasn't feeling well and asked to cancel - obviously at the last minute I was not expecting any refund. Instead, they offered me an alternative time & date for 19 June that we were able to make and I was not charged any additional cost for the change! Very grateful for this!!

Thiago provided an informative, entertaining, well-paced afternoon tour, with 2 other friendly and interesting guests from Australia. We really enjoyed items that otherwise we would not have tried. Thiago's enthusiasm about Porto and it's best food dishes is authentic and infectious. We randomly ran into Thiago the next 2 days around the city...he doesn't stop!

Granado was an excellent tour guide. He gladly made dietary accommodations for members of the group. His knowledge of the food, history of the city and connections with the various restaurants made the tour a highlight of our visit. Blew away our food tours done in other cities.

The Food Lovers Tour was better than expected. Go hungry as there will be many dishes to sample.
Also many beverages. Our guide, Grenado, was knowledge in food, drink, and history and had a great sense of humor. He took us to neighborhoods we may not have gone to without his guidance.
