What are people saying about Santiago de Compostela

End of the way
Good overview of town, cathedral & museum. Split into 2 tours led by 2 different guides. Somewhat confusing as we had prepaid and there were some that it seemed were going to pay what they thought tour was worth. It was reasonably priced and worth it.

Jorge Rocks!!!!
Jorge is fantastic and exceeded our expectations in every way! Very knowledgeable about the entire city, beginning with the Cathedral. His passion is infectious and his insights were invaluable. We left feeling that we knew way more than when we started. We would highly recommend him to anyone doing a private tour!

The Finest Way to See the Coast
We had an amazing time touring the coastal towns with Alexis. He was fun, informative, and made the whole experience feel effortless. The scenery was absolutely stunning — the kind of views you simply wouldn’t get without doing a guided tour. We enjoyed every single minute.

Worth every cent
Maria is an excellent guide and the full tour with clear explanations was extremely informative which I deeply appreciated. The tour made everything about Santiago de Compostela, the Cathedral, and my Camino walk a lot more meaningful for me. Thank you.

Authentic and personal
A big thanks to Alex for an authentic evening in Santiago. Even though everyone else cancelled, he still took me out and showed me all the best local spots. His passion for the city's food scene and local wine knowledge made the night. We finished the evening at a local bar with live music. Highly recommended!

Well worth the time
These tours are excellent to give depth of knowledge in what you are actually viewing. History, issues, church philosophy and decorum in the cathedral. Our leader was knowledgeable, personable, and caring of the comfort of all participants. I recommend this tour to people interested in doing more than just viewing.

Comprehensive and Fun!
Although it’s a nine hour day, there were plenty of stops, each different with interesting backstories, and with plenty of time to explore, eat, bathroom breaks. Our leader did a fantastic job explaining in both Spanish and English, each stop. She was personable, professional, knowledgeable and definitely help keep the day fun and on time. Also, thanks to our fellow travelers for adhering to our departure times at each stop. What a great way to see the coastline!

Great end to my Camino (0km mark)
Great visit to the end of the earth after hiking the Camino! We just were not up to hiking it and it was the perfect ending to our trip! Unimaginable beauty and love Muxia and Al the rock formations! Great guide who spoke both English and Spanish fluently. And it was a very comfortable bus!

It is a wonderful trip. ...
It is a wonderful trip. The stops are all interesting and enjoyable.. It can feel bit rushed, especially if you are not near the bus door as sometimes I would have liked a little more time at each stop except lunch. We first went to the address for pickup then after hitting more details went to the hotel which was listed there, about six minutes away. Thankfully the tour guide called me on whatsapp ( sign up if you haven’t ) and told us wher to go. Her tip was increased for that.

Joyful trip to Finisterre and back to Santiago!
The trip is done via bus and in our case started at 9 in the morning and we came back at around 6 in the evening.
The guide (Pablo) was just great!
Always friendly and helpful. Told a lot about Galician history and also myths and stories....
I think this is the best way to come to Finisterre, when you don't have enough time to go by foot.
We were a little.... unlucky.... With the galician weather.... So mostly cloudy and rain. But still worth it!
Thanks a lot for the great adventure.

Very worthwhile
Unfortunately I didn't get the guides name! She was absolutely lovely. Very funny and witty. Made us all laugh. She was very knowledgeable and obviously enthusiastic about the old quarter of Santiago. We learnt a lot about the area.
I Would recommend this little tour. It's short and sweet and we didn't have a lot of time. Am so sorry I didn't get her name. She describes herself as short! Good goods come in small packages! (One small thing is maybe she could speak a little slower). Everyone had earpieces and she speaks in English but sometimes you have to concentrate hard to understand everything with the unaccustomed Spanish names and words and the outside noise interference. Otherwise very good..

We had a great time...
We had a great time visiting a family vineyard and traveling down to the coast. The scenery was beautiful! The highlight of the day was going on the mussel boat and eating unlimited mussels and drinking unlimited white wine! We sat with a group of twenty something year olds and had a blast! By the end of the boat ride it started raining and all the people on the boat were dancing in the rain to music and having a great time! I can’t remember the name of the last town we went to but it was charming. It was built up over the water with small alleys that all peaked out to the sea! There were beautiful shops and tavernas, but unfortunately for us, it was pouring so we had to run through the alleys with our umbrellas to the shops and restaurants and were not able to really appreciate the beauty.
