Hello!! I wanted to tell you about my experience today with your guide. She was terrible first of all she was sick I understand it was raining hard but she was pushing me to end the tour as is was raining,then this didn't bother me she lost her glasses and we ended looking for them under the rain and couldn't find them but she didn't care about the rain at that moment,she was constantly on the phone asked me to stop at an atm to take out money for a colleague she asked me if she could go in the cafeteria to see her while I was outside. I finally went in to use the bathroom and when I finished she was there sitting and talking to her friend, at that moment I was really upset and frustrated and told her since she was having coffe I will leave and of course she couldn't care less I did not finish the tour and paid for it before!! I don't think it's fair and I am super disappointed

Perfect 3-4 hour city walk to get your bearings on the city. This city is big so this will help you see what you need to visit and what is a tourist trap and a waste of time.

We took this tour with Mathilde on our first full day in Porto and it provided us a great overview of the city’s history, and some interesting facts on the buildings we walked past. She was engaging informative, and had great details to provide, and was a pleasure to be with. Porto is a wonderful walking city and this is a tour not to be missed if you’re there.

Great tour. Our tour guide David was very knowledgeable and entertaining. His discussions on Porto and Portugal history were fantastic. We had a small group of six and it was such a personalized experience compared to some of the large groups we saw with 30-40 people and microphones and speakers. We highly recommend it!
