A lot packed into one day

We had Patrick as our guard. He was informative and friendly while professional. Kept us entertained and we learnt a bit of fun facts. Would go out of his way to make sure everyone had a nice time. We had plenty of time to enjoy each stop to take pictures and marvel at the scenery. Patrick pointed out spots to look out for. Enough rest stop, as in AZ one needs to stay hydrated. We made a stop for a more local lunch. The drive is not short, allocate it will be a full fun day.

Our experience with rainbow riders was top notch. Jon, who was our balloon captain did an awesome job and so did the crew with takeoff and landing Jon was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and answered everybody’s questions in the balloon. It was well worth the early wake up call!!! Beautiful all around. Definitely do for a bucket list trip!

The ATV experience was so fun! The trails were awesome and our guide was the best. We actually signed up for the unguided tour but at check in, they highly recommended the guided which goes a little longer and more opportunities to stop and take photos. Plus, he brought a cooler of water! Will absolutely do this again when I am in Arizona next!

Everything was great with this experience! Hotel pick up and shuttled to balloon launch. Balloon ride was so much smoother than expected. Our Captain Mike was great, very friendly, answered all questions, one lady (I didn't know, part of another group but in our basket) was terrified, she was so scared and Mike talked her through everything answered all her 10,000 questions and kept her very calm. Once we were up and she was very calm and enjoyed the flight and sights. She was very nice but extremely scared and Mike handled her like a pro. Says a lot about the kind of guy he was as someone else may have dismissed her fears and made it a miserable experience for all of us on that flight. I would totally do this again anytime I am in the area. Keep in mind weather changes cause cancellations... book at the beginning of your trip so if cancelled you have a better chance of getting to do this on another day!

What a great experience

This was probably one of the best tours we have ever been on. Aldo was amazing. He knew exactly where and when to stop, cleanest restrooms, and great scenic views. He had great insight into the area and was able to give us little tidbits of information. The tour itself was great; the Grand Canyon was absolutely beautiful and we were given more than enough time to walk around where we wanted to. Also had enough time to stop in Sedona; I wish this stop was slightly longer but it is an incredibly long day already. Highly recommend Aldo and this tour group.

Ebike desert fun!

You start the ride on a combination of paved side walks and dirt paths. After about 20 minutes, you go off road on fat tire class 1 e-bikes. Which means there is no throttle and you need to pedal. The motor just makes the pedaling easier. As long as you listen to your guide and ride without trying to dodge rocks, you will be fine. Believe in what the guide tells you. Brandon was our guide and did an awesome job explaining things and was very knowledgeable about the local landscape, animals, and fauna. We had a great time.

Matt was a wonderful...

Matt was a wonderful guide. We were able to sample five local food establishments. The food was delicious. He also showed us the various murals along Roosevelt Road. I was not aware that it was done by spray painting. Also, he pointed out the architecture of various mid rises located along Roosevelt Rd. where the construction was made from salvaged metal shipping containers. Each done differently but nice.

Five stars all around!

We have lived in the valley for 30 years. We had a visitor from out of town and it was my son’s 25th birthday. We wanted to do something fun to celebrate. This was way better than expected!! We did the shooting and ATV combo tour. It was my first time shooting a gun despite everyone else in our group having a lot of experience. Shooting the Glock and AR15 were way harder than I expected! The guy in the shooting range was great- he walked us through everything step by step and really made us all feel safe and comfortable. For the ATV portion we decided to switch to UTVs because my daughter and I didn’t feel like driving. We were so glad we switched!! The trails were beautiful!! Be prepared to be covered in dirt from head to toe. Do not wear nice clothing or light colored clothing!they do give you a face/neck sleeve to keep the dirt off of your face, but you will still have a solid layer of dirt all over. We have no regrets though - totally worth the layer of dirt!! This will definitely be on our top list of things to do with out of town guests going forward.

Wild mustangs on the Salt River

The description on viators site is a worst case scenario. We were really worried because of how they described the trip but this one seemed the better of the two that we found. We have kayaked before but they talked about tipping over and their training video showed how to float the river before trying to stand in a calmer area. It was no different than any of our other kayak experiences. We took this trip to try and see the wild horses. When we launched we were told that the recent rains forced most wildlife to higher ground so we probably wouldn’t see them. We were almost to the end of the float and there they were. Unfortunately they were right near some faster moving water so it was difficult to get good pics while keeping your boat straight. We loved the scenery and would absolutely do this trip again.
